Should I be worried? Liver test results pre second cycle

Heavy lifting/cardio can raise your liver enzymes. Make sure you don't do any heavy lifting/ cardio for 7 days before Labs next time.

These are mine after 18 weeks of Test+Primo and 7 weeks of 40mg anavar. I was taking NAC from the day i started anavar.

In your case i would worry not by the numbers solely but why are there still elevated after that long of not taking orals. I'd suggest checking for NFALD.
Damn bro, your GGT is amazing!!
Are you taking oral or inj. NAC?

Yeah my liver thankfully works well haha. Oral NAC, 1gr AM - 1gr PM. These were the values on cruise before starting that cycle and without NAC obviously. I'm impressed as well that GGT improved with NAC despite i was taking the anavar. Now i'm on anadrol and 1gr NAC, i'm curious to see how my values will look in the end of my current cycle.

@Bigbicep sorry for the spam in your thread

Yea I think it may have something to do with my GHD and GHRT like snowman said. Combined with my training and probably high protein intake. Because I feel fine. My endo also checked my heart, thyroid, BMI, lungs, BP and did like another 10 lab tests. Everything came back good and in range so I’m healthy besides these liver results.

Your liver enzymes are persistently elevated since you mentioned 2 different lab tests over a 6-month period. Since you have an endo already taking care of you, I would defer to them about the next steps since they will likely have the best picture of your overall health. For now, definitely hold off on anything liver-toxic, such as alcohol, medications like Tylenol or NSAIDs, and herbal supplements. Follow up with your endo as they will likely trend your labs over time and determine in what direction they're heading.

Yes, I had my abdomen ultrasound yesterday afternoon so now I’m just waiting to hear back from my endo

I was able to lower my ALT 59 and AST 39 to ALT 16 and AST 13 throwing a bunch of supplements at it. My ALT/AST usually hovers 25-35.
I wish. I’m waiting for my liver ultrasound results to see if there is anything wrong. If not then I’ll use supplements to bring it down but if there is something wrong I doubt supplements will fix anything

I’m waiting to see the test results of my recent bloods done last week

Imagine if you do not get your blood work regularly, these are the kinds of things we miss because of no visible symptoms. Who knows what damage one could’ve done if they didn’t catch it:

For real, I get blood work done every 6 months. Even before I started using AAS I did.

Hey guys. Just got my ultrasound results back and my doctor said my liver is normal. Not sure what’s causing the high enzymes atm. Also got tested for hepatitis and HIV lol came back negative. So now going forward I’m going to get more labs done for any antibodies and inflammation.
