Heavy lifting/cardio can raise your liver enzymes. Make sure you don't do any heavy lifting/ cardio for 7 days before Labs next time.

Damn bro, your GGT is amazing!!These are mine after 18 weeks of Test+Primo and 7 weeks of 40mg anavar. I was taking NAC from the day i started anavar.
In your case i would worry not by the numbers solely but why are there still elevated after that long of not taking orals. I'd suggest checking for NFALD.

Are you taking oral or inj. NAC?
Yes, I had my abdomen ultrasound yesterday afternoon so now I’m just waiting to hear back from my endoYour liver enzymes are persistently elevated since you mentioned 2 different lab tests over a 6-month period. Since you have an endo already taking care of you, I would defer to them about the next steps since they will likely have the best picture of your overall health. For now, definitely hold off on anything liver-toxic, such as alcohol, medications like Tylenol or NSAIDs, and herbal supplements. Follow up with your endo as they will likely trend your labs over time and determine in what direction they're heading.
Those are high values for a lot of drinking too. Those are high values without any orals and not drinking. Are you taking any other drugs that cause liver stress?
I don’t drinkThose are high values for a lot of drinking too.
I was able to lower my ALT 59 and AST 39 to ALT 16 and AST 13 throwing a bunch of supplements at it. My ALT/AST usually hovers 25-35.I don’t drink
I wish. I’m waiting for my liver ultrasound results to see if there is anything wrong. If not then I’ll use supplements to bring it down but if there is something wrong I doubt supplements will fix anythingI was able to lower my ALT 59 and AST 39 to ALT 16 and AST 13 throwing a bunch of supplements at it. Imagine if you do not get your blood work regularly, these are the kinds of things we miss because of no visible symptoms. Who knows what damage one could’ve done if they didn’t catch it:No I feel fine.
