I need to train shoulders tomorrow
I sort of injured my shoulder from lifting what's good to cut the pain to avoid interfearance w routine?

More than likely side lateral raises and shoulder shrugs.Forget presses you can't do them for a while.
Most people over stress their shoulder joints doing pressing movements to often.
Flat bench, inclinde bench,DB presses on all types of angles.Shoulder military presses DB shoulder presses. Then they do triceps dips which also compress the shoulder joints.....
As far as my opinion goes, side lateral raises rule as far as delt development goes.
Start light and warm into them.Do one arm at at ime for 6 reps, then change out to the other arm.Do that 3 x for a set.

I've read a few SARMs logs and it seems that helps with joint pain. People are lifting more because it's no longer an issue while on SARMs...I have no idea what happens when you go off of though.

Just a note, take some time and let your shoulder heal, otherwise you will end up with bigger problems. When mine hurt mine this past summer, I went light with all movements associated with the shoulder. Front raises, side Raises, and rear ext, 3 sets for 10 reps total, Even though I could do twenty reps, you don't want to over do it and cause more problems in the joint. Stretching helped along with isolation and static training.
