Shoulder workout after injury.

I have started rebuilding my shoulder after reconstruction surgery. I had a metal plate with cadaver bone to replace a shattered clavicle, and in the last month started using my bow Flex to start regaining the muscle which will support the shoulder. I have slowly eased the weights from 25lbs to 100 pounds doing inclined bench presses, flat bench presses, flies, along my arm workout. I do two sets of 12 on each exercise. Have any others had to rebuild a shoulder after major shoulder injury?

Haven't had surgery, but internal/external rotation exercises have done wonders for strengthening my rotator cuff which seemed to be the root of my shoulder problems. I thought I was going to need surgery, but after about 3 months of consistent int/ext shoulder rotation at the tale end of my shoulder workouts, my problems are nearly gone.

hey try to take as mush care as you can in order to be fit and fine.. i must say you can do this by starting with light excercises and then slowly and gradually move towards the heavier one..
i am sure by this your problem will be solved
