I have been lifting seriously for about 2 years now (5'9", 175lbs, 9%bf, havent juiced...yet
) and im having problems with my shoulders. Everything else is growing nicely except for them. Also when i am training shoulders, they make a "clicking" noise (cant be good). I am just wondering if anyone else has the same problem or what excersizes i can do to help them catch up to the rest of my body.
