The bloat will come down over the course of 4-8 days. I was looking more normal the first few, but it took a week before I got the pumped look back. I think you'll be happy once you flush it all out though. Sucks waiting for it to clear though, between the bloat and glycogen depletion, it really makes you look like shit.
Yeah I feel so bloated right now just like pregnant after my Greek yogurt breakfast. Going to hit my 300 cals now. I look and feel like shit but almost done and it'll be worth it if I qualify for nationals.
 
So Frank is having a huge sale coming up if you guys saw and im about to stock up for my next cycle. I will be bulking up again. What do you guys think a solid lean bulk would be? Im really looking at NPP and EQ

I'm using NPP for the first time right now, 3 weeks in, check out my log to see how it goes. Im liking it so far, eq is definitely a big interest of mine as well, especially for the appetite aspect because I have a hard time eating enough. I would imagine the two together would be awesome.

Looking at EQ NPP for the next one. With a 6-8 week tren blast at the end. 20 weeker or so. Dbol and winny sprinkled in, maybe var or drol, haven't decided yet.

Really looking forward to it, especially tren eq at the end. The results some guys get from that mix is sick. Carved from granite look, just hard and roadmapped.

But EQ NPP sounds like an awesome bulk phase to me. Quite excited to kick this fucker off, should be mid to late March. Gathering supplies now.

I fucked up and had a spicy tuna roll that puts me at 1850cals I just couldn't help myself. Going back to the treadmill tonight gotta get rid of those extra cals
 
Also DNP playing major head games I feel so fat and no where near ready for stage. I want to run longer but I know it's not safe past 8 days and won't. Just wish this bloat would go down so I could see what I look like. 3.5 weeks is not much time...
 
Today is day 8, last day of DNP. I look worse than when I started like a water balloon. Just did my 300 cals on cardio. Weight was 177.6 this morning. So in 8 days I lost 3.6 lbs in 8 days. How much water do you think will come off I actuallly gained 1.6lbs past two days
 
You should see quite a bit drop off. Won't even try to give you a number. But that's just how it goes. Scale is not a good indicator after the first few days on the shit.

But with your diet and training, it should work out fine for you. Think you'll be happy once you dry up.

Can't wait. 3 weeks out this Saturday and my coach wanted me to pick up clen just in case I need a little final 2 week push

Anything I can do to speed up the bloat drop off? Currently just drinking 2-3 gallons of water

Not that I'm aware of. You could try a diuretic. But the shit is still in your system for a week, so you'll probably balloon back up.

A lot will come off pretty quick, first three days or so. You'll get your shape back. But I found I still looked flat as fuck for the full week.

Coach said he's looking to refeed me depending on how I look, because he still wants me flat at the start of peak week.
 
Made it without even the smallest cheat today 1600 cals. Last day done with. Can't sleep at all way too hungry my stomach hurts and tren certainly doesn't help
