Maybe it's the fact that you switched over from e to p.
Seems pretty high considering im only taking . 25 eod at 300 test e 100 test c and 400 deca and that keeps my bloat down. You might just be extra sensitive to the p. I don't have any experience with caber.are the side effects of it cause bloat or weight gain?

Yeah bud that's probably the reason. I wouldn't worry to much about it right now, I think it'll pass and you'll be even more shredded in a few more weeks.

Yeah 100 every back day. I do sets of 15 nice slow contraction of my lats. And switching cause Id run out of Adex if I kept on it so just switching for a couple weeks then switching back.

Just pinned my ass. Big trickle of blood came out which occasionally happens when I do glutes, but this time it left a lump the size of a pea raised when I pulled the needle out I pin with 23g 1.5inch I go in 3/4 the way. I've had a big lumps form the next day from not going deep enough but this was a pea and instant.

I think you went subq. I always get a red lump that's hot and itchy when I don't go deep enough in the cheek muscle

I've gotten lumps from pinning Sub Q. I was over an inch in my glutes and im sub 10 bf. It wasnt a red large lump. It was a tiny bump of raised skin like a pea.

In regards to carbs.

Imo there is a huge misperception that you need carbs right before your workout. To give you energy before a workout. That may seem logical but it's bs. Your body doesn't break down a complex carb and move the glycogen into you're muscle within an hour.

With your diet your glycogen in muscle should be full throughout the day. And your body will tap into that during you're workout. Thus making carbs post workout significantly more important than than before.

I would do 1/3 in the morning and 2/3 pwo.
 
And depending on how lean you are I've seen results from tren within 10 days. More vascular, fuller and tighter

Var and mast didn't make a huge difference for me.

Thank you. Yeah I've been doing the 1/3 2/3 actually. Cause my preworkout meal is 2 Greek yogurts and a couple rice cakes then after is a shake rice cakes and cereal with milk. Then a fiber bar later in the day. And definitely been seeing tren results Ive been way fuller and my vascularity is crazy. Im about 9%. 5 weeks out this Saturday.
