Clen and t3 both have their risks too. Many would say riskier, so long as dosing and source considerations are well thought out. This, however, is not the place for heated discussion on the subject. It's always the same old circular ass ad hominem bullshit anyway. Either you nut up and try it, or you choose not to. Nothing wrong with either decision.

Show me information where running 250mg and taking the right precautions has caused serious harm. There's so many mixed reviews on running DNP been reading for like 6 hours straight and at low dose I see no problem for me besides some sides I can tolerate for a week. Not sure if this makes me sound ignorant but I cannot find harm in this to catch up for a show

That study is flawed in a few ways, btw. It's been brought up and shot down in every DNP thread ever created. And every time, no conclusion is reached.

40 of the 62 deaths were occupational exposure or suicide. All of the claims of internal damage come from overdose autopsies. And just for shits and giggles, crystalline DNP is actually weaker on a mg/mg basis than industrial powder.

No one ever said it was totally safe or healthy. It's a powerful drug. If you have to ask how to run it or where to find it, you have no business playing with it. But it's a tool in the box, and his competition is using.

Last post on the subject in this thread. You want to debate, dig up CBS's thread on it and fire that bitch up. I simply don't care that much to spoon feed the timid.

@nfdeilvs be cautious and meticulous. Print off a calendar, and mark every dosage by day before taking. Leave no margin for error on double dosing. And stay very hydrated, monitor that shit.

Fruit postworkout is your friend. Take it easy under the bar. High reps, just chase the pump that you aren't going to get. Lots of towels.

It's looking hungry. But I think you should be able to hold it for a week or so. If you can stay on it, you should hit or pass the lb/day mark. And the timeframe should keep catabolism to a minimum. The trick is being ready for the damn cravings, they are strong once you hit peak at 500. Which thankfully won't be long with this one.

I like it a lot better than the idea of ketosis. Coach think it's ok?

Yeah I sent it to him and he said that's good to go. I just gotta hold out for 8 days when I get it which should be soon cause I paid Dinitro for express shipping.
