Lookin good brother, I think getting the abdominal cuts specifically the obliques will really put finishing touches on there. Do you ever do any ab work as well?

How is your posing?
Also, do you do vacuums?

The abdominals are a big judging area because it's one of the main areas everyone is looking at.

I don't do too much ab work but my coach has me hitting them dialy currently. Never done vacuums. My posing is really good I have good confidence and practice tons. 2 more weeks hard dieting I think my mid section should be okay what do you think. The last pic I posted was 13 days ago

Okay yeah i would also advise to be hittin the abs more, with the 2 weeks you have ahead and some good ab work i think you should be able to get some deeper cuts and that would really help. Your shoulders, chest, width all looks great to me.

I would also recommend learning about and practice vacuums, they seem to really help with keeping a tight waist if not even potentially making it smaller, and help with your posing. Artemus Dolgin talks about vacuum training a lot and he has a stellar classic physique IMO.

Keep up the good work. Posing is half the battle. Not even posing but effectively conveying a strong personality to the audience while doing so, you gotta find a way to attract more attention to you than anyone else.

Didn't think Id need vacuum for regular physique. I'll look into them.

You don't need it for regular physique but it could still help make your waist even tighter.
What's your ab workout from your coach look like?

I would do something like:
Hanging leg raise 3x20 reps slow controlled
Superset with
Oblique crunch with only 10-15lbs 3x30 reps(on each side)
and maybe decline crunches 3x10-15 reps

I alternate circuits. I add weighted sit-ups every other day to one day.

Done in Circuit Fashion - Rest 15-30 second between - 3 times through

1A) Conventional Crunches: 50
1B) Crunches/Side Oblique Crunches (both sides) : all three sides 25 Reps each
1C) Hands under butt straight leg raises: 25
1D) Feet up (legs straight) : Toe Touches / 20 total

Done in Circuit Fashion - Rest 15-30 second between - 3 times through

1A) Plank : 30 second on
1B) Plank Rotations with hips : 30 Seconds straight (try to get to 15 both sides)
1C) Slow Bicycles : hold knee to elbow for a three second count / 20 both sides.
1D) Feet up (legs straight) : Toe Touches / 20 total
1E) Crunches/Side Oblique Crunches (both sides) : all three sides 25 Reps each

Yup this works good too. Any variation of crunches will work, just need to build up the abdominal muscles a little for some deeper cuts and you're set
