Shrooms or Weed after workout?

So seems like the majority would opt for weed. Interesting. I agree, but I have incorporated micro-dosing and I’ve noticed huge benefits. But I don’t do it everyday, only for big projects at work or when I need to get a motivational boost.
 
Hey, as long as it works for you and doesn't harm you then it's not that bad.

Thing is sometimes it feels and looks like things are going good, but in reality it is going the opposite way, problem is you notice too late.

Just make sure your use doesn't become abuse and you will be fine for the most part.
 
Stop the nonsense you smoke to get high dosent have to do anything at all with the gym pre or post workout the benefits are only “mental” that’s why they called psychedelics.
I don’t like it pre workout but I don’t have a problem either.
However bodybuilding wise it affects me “negatively” cause I’m bored to cook my meals.
 
I was curious as to what helps most of you guys after working out? Personally when on tren I cannot get any good sleep, but even without I do not get much sleep. I've been smoking for quite some time now after my workouts before going to bed. On weekends I like to take some chocolate shrooms and I feel brand new on Monday ready to go. Does anyone else benefit from smoking after their workouts? I've spoken to some people and they claim that their endurance plummets when they smoke, but that just isn't my case.
New to this only been on Trt for close to a year, but weed is my favorite pre workout! Not ripped just a bowl or a dab. Also helps me sleep. Shrooms have been great to me on the weekends too! Although I already seemed to build up quite the tolerance to them after a couple months‍♂️
 
I eat a concentrated extract that is ready to eat called FECO. The only way I can do tren is eating about 3 servings of 150-200mg in the AM, mid day and before bed.

I used to be a huge pot head and grower etc. So weed does not affect my motivation etc. Like most. It really acts as more of an anxiety reducer/antidepressant for me.

I'm also a really high intensity person and live in an area where people are super non confrontational/pussies about everything. So without weed I'm just a bit much for everyone. Now if I lived in NYC I'd be good to go

I never had it pre, never even thought to take it pre. Guess I need to try to know even is it worth it.
 
If you’re talking for in the zone pre-workout, I can make either work but prefer neither. Some newer sativa strain can lock you into the zone and shrooms can do fun stuff for hyper focus. But I prefer good old fashioned stims and nootropics or kratom more than shrooms or weed lol.

If you’re talking preworkout, sober is better until it’s time to feast. Obviously weed can put you on a whole other level of eating huge amounts with no problem. So if you’re a young twink still trying to pack on muscle then timing some weed with your feeding schedule would help you grow bigtime. It did me many years ago.

But I tend to get sloppy on it now and lack discipline. Oh I still crush food, but with weed I can hardly control myself with the content and quitting time. I don’t believe either are the best tools for serious bodybuilding but will definitely help certain people in distinctly different ways.

But absolutely everything in my life is better when I’m totally sober and disciplined. Which has been a huge challenge for this 40 something.So my recommendation is to avoid all that garbage. It’s just a major distraction to everything you really want in life.
 
Shrooms maybe pw at the most but post workout nah mane go with weed 300 percent, on shrooms you gotta force yourself to eat sometimes as shit tastes weird n then shit on tren you’d be risking some weird ass mental sides imo (never did tren but know enough bout it n did enough shrooms to know it’s not a good mix imo)
