TigerStyle1 said:For the most part it depends on the quantity of gear you ordered. I had a pack of powders seized and never even got a seizure letter. Tracking info just said it never left customs.
However one time I ordered 48 sus redijects from overseas and got busted due to a complete fluke. The source sent the pack to the fake address I gave WU, which was a completely invalid address, it didn't even exist.....but even though the address was invalid the pack had my real name on it.....one week later the Postal inspector and a US Customs agent was knocking on my door holding the pack in hand.
I decided to cooperate due to the fact if they had seized my computer they would have found some worse shit I was into.
Hypertrophiac said:Tigerstyle, you shouldnt have cooperated. just denied it. they couldnt have taken your computer without a search warrant and if no guys in black masks with submachine guns showed up then they didnt have shit on you. what did you tell them to "cooperate"??? did you give them info on your source?
TigerStyle1 said:I did deny it at first, then they (they being the Postal Inspector and a US Customs agent) ask if the name on the packages was mine, which is was, and they asked if they could open the packages to see what was inside. There were two pack each containing 24 sus redijects in the foil wrapper. I could tell one of the packs had been opened already so I said sure open them but I didn't order those packages. I was doing a pretty good job at acting innocent at this point.
So they open the packs and pile up the 48 sus-jects which if you can imagine looks like a large amount of steroids. Then the Postal Inspector walks about 20 feet away and makes a phone call while the Customs agent won't let me get 2 feet away from him (this all took place on my front porch).
At this point I was like "fuck they think they got a good bust here and are going to want to search my house".
Now here is what was scaring me to death, at the time I was a remailer for a now 5 star source on meso and had all kinds of shit on my computer showing this. Such as client shipping address, orders that were saved in a file they could have found.
So I had two options: Admit I ordered them and say they were for personal use or continue to piss them off and not cooperate, ultimately which WOULD have lead to a search warrant, which as some of you know isn't hard for a Postal Inspector or Custom agent to get in a matter of minutes.
So I explained I had ordered them to do a cycle and showed them my weight equipment in my garage. I said your supposed to take 4 a week for 12 weeks which is why I bought 48 lol.
They asked me a few questions like was this the first time ordering, how did I order them, what website did I order them from. I told them I ordered them from pharmagroup.com lol (since I'd always heard they were scammers).
Then I was arrested and charged with a felony, which was reduced to a misdemeanor and all I had to do was pay court fines.
So all in all the why I handled it ended up working out the best for me. Otherwise I would have most likely been charged with distribution of a controlled substance, which is about the worst charge you can get.
It would have been the smart thing to do, but nobody can be that cool in those situations. These guys know how they are going to play you before they get there. I have been on the receiving end of the good cop/bad cop routine more than once and when you have something to hide it really puts the stress on.ZILLAMAN said:Bro i know this is water under a bridge but i would of stuck with they are not mine and it would of been pretty hard to get a search warrent because the addy was fake but it was your real name but that is not enough proof to get a search warrent, i could go on and on about this but they did not have enough to get a search warrent the phone call was a scare tactic...

Hypertrophiac said:you were ROR'ed because they really didnt have a case against you, maybe not even enough evidence to arrest you since it was just your name on a package. you could have said that since that wasnt your addy on the pack that somebody else could have used a fake name and address. they wouldnt have been able to search your house or anything, they only arrested you because you admitted. however you still came out lucky. in the future deny everything and then ask the officers are you going to arrest me? in your case they probably would have said no and left.
