God bless those officers. The people of West Tennessee are so much safer now that those dangerous "fake" weight loss drugs are off the streets. Looks like a few of those agents would benefit from pocketing a few vials of tirzepatide for themselves to help get their fat asses into shape lol

Ah ok I get it they are simply following what the instructions are for pharma HGH use. But do you use their HGH with sterile water? Does anyone here use it with sterile water? I personally have only run their 36 IU with Bac and I've yet to see anyone use anything but Bac also.

Me….sorta. I am alternating vials one with BAC and one with normal saline aka 0.9% sodium chloride. Interestingly the ones with sodium chloride have come out visually clearer with nothing floating in them.
I also haven’t gotten sick yet.
I need to reconstitute a vial tomorrow. I’ll likely recon with sodium chloride one more time that way I’ll have 5 done with BAC and 5 with non BAC
