Has anyone injected the non-vacuum peptides? Does it matter for safety?

I've had some vials that weren't vacuum-sealed in the past. No problems like injection site reactions or anything like that. And the peptides worked as expected.

Semaglutide works orally although the dose is much higher.

injection = Ozempic 0.5-2 mg/wk
oral tablets = Rybelsus 3-14 mg/d

Tirzepatide inj: 2.5-15 mg/wk
Tirz oral: maybe close to 10x/d like sema

If the above assumption is even remotely correct, you're taking 1-2 bottles a day.

It's a big assumption - assuming the difference in bioavailability between oral and injectable sema is similar to tirze.
