I know some people are having good luck with SSA but my experience has beenpretty rough.

Ordered a handful of things and it went mostly fine until I got the package and it was missing an item. I've had to spend at least some of every day since then trying to get it sorted with the sales rep but as others here have mentioned it's one response per day, if that. They kept trying to sell me more stuff wasting a full day or more despite me saying no I just wanted the rest of my order multiple times.

At this point, 3 weeks past getting the first part of the order, I still haven't recieved everything I paid for. I still don't have tracking that the rep assured me they would send as soon as it shipped.

I've never had a real issue with any source on this board but this is getting ridiculous.

Just FYI - First time order with SSA
Ordered several items including (3) raws from SSA in OCT. I specifically asked if everything was in stock and ready to ship prior to ordering and was confirmed. I placed the order, paid, and then received the response, “sorry, XXX raw is out of stock”. They asked if I’d like to sub it with another and I said yes, YYY raw, but only if it’s confirmed in stock and ready to ship. They responded “yes.” I placed the order and paid the additional cost for the increased amount OCT 31. I received (3) tracking numbers and received all (3) packages by NOV 12th, but only 2 of the 3 raws . Easy ordering, good communication, pretty quick delivery and decent packaging. There was the one little hiccup but otherwise, (I thought at the time) an excellent first order experience.

Unfortunately, every day since the 12th, they claim to be checking on the 3rd (missing) YYY raw. Communication is a little frustrating because it’s just a single email response per day. If I didn’t continue to ask for updates, I assume I would just never hear from them again. My guess is that, like with the XXX raw, they didn’t actually have the YYY raw either and after assuring me it was in stock and ready to ship that second time, can’t bring themselves to just admit they took my order without having the item. But maybe that’s just my cynical nature and they’ll actually come through. Let’s see.
UPDATE: Exactly what I expected.
"Sorry, friend. The package of 008TC cannot be found at present. But now there is no raw material powder for TC. You can consider us refunding you, or wait until the goods are in stock and we will re-arrange delivery for you.

You tested SSA product? Do you have a link to those tests please?

Hey guys just wanted to give an update on my end ordered and got tracking nov 4 and finally got delivered. FedEx def took longer than I expected it would but everything was there and accounted for. Thanks for everyone’s input again and SSA did stay communicated which was appreciated

good lord if you really are that into "harm reduction" for the whole community why don't you buy stock and do this all for the greater good?

rofl everyone is tired of hearing you parade around trying to get UGL to adhere to pharma standards. Idk if this is some sort of autistic hyperfixation issue or what, but if you really want all these test done, do them yourself. IDK why you are even this invested when you have stated you only use pharma oils to begin with.

If the labs see huge increases in sales due to these published testing parameters maybe they will be incentive to continue testing product from then on. Maybe by taking some initiative yourself you can start a new testing revolution /s.
 
I’ll say this…never ordered with SSA until now. Placed a “US Domestic” order on the 14th and paid $40 shipping. Been almost a week of awaiting item on the tracking with no sign they actually have my order. Not impressed for a “domestic line” for $40 just place an international order and save yourself some money.

Tansy. I also got zero response after submitting my payment info last Thursday until I asked about it on Sunday. Had plenty of response up until the order was placed and then nothing until I asked about it. Still zero movement on the “domestic” pack. $40 is fucking absurd for that

Still waiting on my international order. I had to chase up a tracking number after almost a week. Zero movement on my package. It's a mixed bag because it seems the majority of folk have had good experiences with SSA. We must be the unlucky ones
