Sounds like a fucking shit show. More proof that all of these folks are just re-shippers if anyone had any doubts before. Not that it's a bad thing it is what it is but I sure wish these fuckers would keep better dibs on their stock stores

Still waiting on my international order. I had to chase up a tracking number after almost a week. Zero movement on my package. It's a mixed bag because it seems the majority of folk have had good experiences with SSA. We must be the unlucky ones

I was trying to get an idea on their shipping time to the usa. Ray's response was "don't worry it was shipped, will be there soon".
No tracking number was given until the package hits the "forwarder location". Tracking number took about 13 days after payment. And was delivered 2 days after that. I think the time frame on when you get the tracking number depends on what you ordered. If there are oils or tabs, I think they have to ship differently than straight peptide orders. side note- It was the most professional packaging I've have had. There wasn't a inch of the box that didn't have packing tape on it.

Fair enough. First time ordering from these guys. Coms has been good. Delay on the tracking number but no biggie. I've ordered from a couple other vendors for similar products and that shipping process was easy and quick. Just a waiting game now. Hopefully not too far away

I've been in contact with the sales rep. They've been good and reply quickly. Like a few others here, I travel for work in 2 week block so I'm just trying to make sure I'm home so the package doesn't get dropped off and go walk about. I'll keep an eye out and reach out if there's any issues

I think it's happening due to the logistics of being reshippers of raws and the sales folks not having a direct line on raw inventory at a totally different location. Mixed with the scrambling you describe is just a shitty recipe for bad customer service. May not mean much in another month or so though lol

Almost all the lists are identical for most of these sources - right down to identical names (cock bombs lol). I doubt many produce their own product, If any at all.

Yeah thanks for googling that for me...the thing is, I watched the USPS guy deliver my mail into the mailbox. Nothing was blocking him from delivering the other items.

I’m pretty sure they don’t have real time inventory. Too much risk on this side to setup.
