I'm confused on the whole slupp332 conversation. I just added it in at a normal recommended dose and it works. 500 mcg in the morning and another 250 mcg dose once or twice more later in the day. My diet brain completely went away, really good sustained energy. I've been taking it for a week now, it's not placebo, I've been using peds for 7 years. What are you guys experiencing at these super high doses, 20-100 mg like some guys have spoken about

I started a few days ago. SLU from a different source. First day I tried 250mcg before a workout and I felt like it worked. 2nd day I didn't feel it so I upped it to 500mcg. Probably like everything else gotta trial and see what effective dosage works. The one thing I noticed was a few hours after I've take it I do feel a bit lethargic.
