Been doing 2x per day recently both doses before 12pm.
1x right upon wake up. 1x after 2nd meal or post workout, but always sometime before noon. i wake up like 3am and go to sleep at like 7pm.
i'm just weighing raws so its not super convenient i dont wanna do it a bunch of times perfectly spread out lol
Do you notice a difference in sleep? Just started mine about a week or so ago and it’s the only change I’ve made but my sleep has gone to straight shit. Doing split dose first thing in the morning and before bed so I might try moving mine around and see.
