It's not looking good for SSA at all right now, i was about to place a bigger order, but i wont after reading customer feedback...

what im noticing with these chinese sources is that they are lying about their stock and are taking customers money without actually informing them about any changes. Think about it for a second. Why do you think it takes them around 10 days before they even ship the order? I think they dont even have the batch available, but it takes them about 10 days to produce one. So you are basically doing preorders without knowing.

This is horrible.

They rather take your money and ship you half your stuff, rather than giving you the chance to shop elsewhere and they lose profit. This is scummy as fuck.
Oh no. What will they do without you ordering that kit!
 
2 . How many have had the " Rep " offer to send the missed items on the " next " order?
this cooks me.

perhaps i'm only making one order.. i don't believe for a second the products were "accidently forgotten" being coy and forcing another sale or holding back to decrease shipping weight/volume to save money.. whatever the reason may be its a weasel move.

on the rare occasion, mistakes happen... but not every other order.
 
I did recommend SSA to others but after the latest happenings i take it back.

I have a question here.....

1. How many have had orders shorted in the last 12 months?
2 . How many have had the " Rep " offer to send the missed items on the " next " order?
To piggyback off of this, I hate the "send it on the next order solution".... Like, what if after a shitty experience I don't want to order from you again? Oh yeah, basically go fuck myself LOL...... Negative bud, re-ship immediately & a little something extra to make up for it (nothing crazy, an extra test vial, a pack of orals, etc.).

Just my two cents........

That's the whole reason I stopped with QSC. "We will send it on the next one". Overseas orders are risk to my country, what if that was my last order..... they still owe me a kit of DHB. Not worth the hassle for the $110.... lol
 
Everything is a bit up in the air. The orders I have received have all arrived well packaged etc. But the part about the available stock and shipping...yeah bit iffy at the moment. I suppose depending on what you need might have to source a different vendor in the time being until they resume some sort of return to their original standards
 
Damn.. What was their reasoning for this?
First they claimed warehouse moved. So I waited. Then they said it was shipped dec 1. Dec 3rd my rep says we are out of primo it didn't ship lol. I asked for a refund and magically Dec 5th primo is back in stock. Dec 9th it gets to the post office in china, bounces between sort facilities, last update Dec 22 arrived at origin int airport in china
 
DAMN, Everybody seems to be "moving warehouses" lately....... Was the case in another source's thread.

i had such a horrible experience with my first order with SSA , i paid for slupp 20 mg promo in November, after taking my money i was informed of wharehouse being moved, then they were saying "out of stock" My assistant ADA "lied" to me about communication lacking saying " i have not been on Whattsapp , when it clearly says at top of whattsapp when they are online and not online, then offered a refund for being "out of stock" (when i ordered the same day the promo was announced) i finally reached out to Ray, who assured me there was stock of the slupp 20 mg and i would receive my order,,,,, After switching assistants i was finally helped and my Slupp 20 mg promo did arrive , albeit it was close to the 20 something day mark , but it was a international order so that is to be expected, it was the unnecessary "lying" by that "ADA" assistant that really PISSED me off! User discretion is advised,,,,,
 
Haven’t been following this for a while now because I was good with my gear but just put in another order .
Rose is my girl and I never had a problem with her. Patience is king .
I was probably one of the first if not THE first to place an order with them because I was DONE with QSC and the jerkoff that runs it . Too many Karens around here . Add some anastrozol to those orders . You need it

If there are any missing items in the order, you can choose to refund and ship again. We won't force you to ship with your next order.
 
thought i'd add to the current feedback.

order placed end of november.
payment made few days later.
chase for shipping sent 10 days after payment.
shipping provided 14 days after payment.
package arrived 7 days after shipping provided.

21 day turnaround from order placed to arriving is reasonable.

the problem; package missing half the order. awaiting response from SSA.

You ignored my messages about my order not arriving and not being shipped, you also ignored my messages about not getting the $30 credit for my delayed order. Hopefully you don't ignore this message too.

Whats going on? Can I get free shipping for items added to a group buy or not?

Hmg this product will be delivered slowly in another warehouse, so we suggest you order separately. You can choose to add other products. And free shipping.
