Monday, at the latest? Welp, it's Tuesday and I haven't received an update from my rep and nothing is posted on here. My package has been in customs for 16 days so I will assume it's been seized and I can add the incoming letter to my collection. I emailed Ray yesterday and gave him my tracking number to speed up the process. I still have not heard back. I'd like some sort of an update, please.

Well asked about the status of the potential seized packs. Got hit with the “ customs are very difficult at this time of year, this is normal”. So I’m confused if they are reshipping or what is going on. Their Discord is a disaster - tons of complaints.

Yeah, and their radio silence here is a bit concerning. I sent an email yesterday. Ray responded and asked for my tracking as he couldn't find it. I gave it to him and have heard nothing back. Sent a couple emails today and nothing but radio silence.

We are already organizing the shipment. Because today is New Year's Day, the freight company is on holiday. All the packages detained by customs will be shipped out within this week.

Okay. I just wanted an update. I've been more than patient btw but since you mentioned being patient. May I suggest you have your reps inform customers that HGH & peptides don't come from the same warehouse as the oils & tabs. This way they aren't surprised when only half their package arrives just before the busy shipping season. Same goes for when major delays are expected due to logistical issues on SA's end.
Shit happens. We all get it, but not being notified of these things before ordering is less than ideal.
Anyway, thanks for the update.

We have repeatedly trained our sales staff to tell customers the truth about the separate shipment of tablets and oils. Maybe the sales staff forgot to tell you.

He did fail to tell me. It is what it is. Can't do anything about it now. I've never had an issue with SA before and will surely be back but right now I just hope everything I paid for is in the package. I'm told it'll be shipped "after new year day", which I'm hoping means Friday. If so, it'll arrive in my city in about 2 weeks.
Most vendors who sell peptides and oils/tabs ship them separately and usually from different warehouses. Anyone on here who has ordered oils and peptides could have told you that. Have yoi had a combined oils and peptides order before?

Ha... Yes, I have bud. Pretty much each and every time as far as I can remember. In fact back in June of this year SA sent me a pack of oils, tabs, Tirz and a few other peps. Same goes for GA and a few others, this year, nevermind in years past. So the answer to your question is, yes.

What I think is you keep mentioning your “experience” ordering international but keep complaining about things that are common knowledge. And then you take your complaints over to the GA thread as if your issue (which isn’t really an issue) is the same or similar to theirs. Which it is not. Your last 10+ comments have been pure whining about your ordering experience and come to find out it was because your peps arrived separately from your oils, which is normal practice. And your oils are delayed or seized. Which is a common occurrence for all of us.
yo can we get an official response from SSA why they just aren’t shipping items for a bunch of people? If it was just a couple people happening to it wouldn’t be suspicious but there are hundreds of recent complaints about orders missing half their order, not getting reships without new address (why are packages even labeled before customs?), and ssa saying their out of stock months after orders were placed. This is ridiculous, they aren’t even responding appropriately in discord they just give stupid excuses.
Here’s my take, SSA has no ability to do inventory management or buy things up front so they place orders for gear after customers have already placed orders with them. If their vendor can’t fill the order they just don’t send it.
This place needs a buyer beware tag or something because hella people are not getting their orders.

Another awful Sigma experience. After my first order took 32 days to receive, and had winstrol tabs instead of oils inside with no explanation. Now the second order placed has arrived after 36 days (made 7 days apart so I wasn't aware how terrible they are) it came with oils ordered, but 6 kits of hgh missing lol. So 0 for 2 on getting what I ordered correct in the packages I'm not sure how these guys are even operating they are the worst company I've ever dealt with

Wow ! I haven't made an order from them yet. They told me delivery is 8-10 days. I see they still make mistakes in the order. I'll wait, I hope they will solve the problem
Crazy, to Canada? Was it Canada post issue for duration? When I ordered to CA back a few months ago it was < 2 weeks. Obviously not holiday time, and no warehouse shipping delays.
Regardless, I guess you will be getting some packages with missing items
