Another awful Sigma experience. After my first order took 32 days to receive, and had winstrol tabs instead of oils inside with no explanation. Now the second order placed has arrived after 36 days (made 7 days apart so I wasn't aware how terrible they are) it came with oils ordered, but 6 kits of hgh missing lol. So 0 for 2 on getting what I ordered correct in the packages I'm not sure how these guys are even operating they are the worst company I've ever dealt with
I have never ordered HGH from SSA but I wonder if they treat HGH as a peptide which would ship separately from oils. They shipped my lipo B and 5-amino 1q separately from my recent Tirz order even though both are on the peptides price list. But I guess technically lipo B is an oil.
 
Crazy, to Canada? Was it Canada post issue for duration? When I ordered to CA back a few months ago it was < 2 weeks. Obviously not holiday time, and no warehouse shipping delays.
Regardless, I guess you will be getting some packages with missing items
Yes to Canada. I'm okay with a shipping delay, but they delayed the sending out 14 days from payment, and then I have missing items which is even more frustrating

I was given one tracking for the whole order, and told it was shipped together. So we shall see what their excuse is now

I ordered from the domestic list and only review my motc and got an international tracking for the other which is annoying bc I’ve been waiting a couple weeks and if it as really domestic it should of been here already. Its even more frustrating bc the domestic price is more than the international price.
 
yo can we get an official response from SSA why they just aren’t shipping items for a bunch of people? If it was just a couple people happening to it wouldn’t be suspicious but there are hundreds of recent complaints about orders missing half their order, not getting reships without new address (why are packages even labeled before customs?), and ssa saying their out of stock months after orders were placed. This is ridiculous, they aren’t even responding appropriately in discord they just give stupid excuses.

Here’s my take, SSA has no ability to do inventory management or buy things up front so they place orders for gear after customers have already placed orders with them. If their vendor can’t fill the order they just don’t send it.

This place needs a buyer beware tag or something because hella people are not getting their orders.
Replacement orders do not require a new address. Only a very small number of packages were inspected by customs. At present, we will inform you if the products are not in stock.

If there is any problem with the order, please contact the sales staff.
 
Frustrated to have placed an order 30 days ago to be told today that Telmisartan is now out of stock. Really negative experience.

I understand that the packages were seized. Is Telmisartan really that hard to keep in stock?

It's already been produced in sub-packaging. We can reach the warehouse tomorrow
 
I received all my products today, tabs and oils took a little longer in separate pack but it’s all received. I hope the shipping time frame can go back to normal soon.

1. The delivery speed of peptide products is the same as in the past, and the tracking number is provided in 1-2 days, which is very fast.
2. The tablet oil has been fully restored. We will ship all the packages of the problem items this week. The inventory is fully replenished, and it is expected that the tracking number can be provided in 2-3 days next week. Thank you very much for the care and support of members.
3. The transportation speed will be delayed compared with the past near the end of the year. This situation will happen every year at this time. It will not last too long, so don't worry.
4. We will continue to improve and optimize our products and services. For the lack of products or missing products in the tablet oil order, we have optimized the warehouse operators. It is best to put all products in one package. When you find that there is a missing package, please contact the salesperson as soon as possible to arrange for free reissue or even give you a small amount of additional products as compensation.
5. We will also inform the salesperson in time about the latest inventory of tablet oil, and let them tell the customer in time. When the inventory is insufficient, let the customer know as soon as possible. We will also let the warehouse staff take inventory in time.

Sounds great. Are we able to get some more variance testing done on orals ect?
