Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my current experience with SSA. This is my 2nd order with them, my first was a few months back and went perfectly. This go around, not so much. My salesperson is Micli, I'll give you the bullet points:
1. Nov 27th: Ordered 100g Mast E raws.
2. Nov 28th: Told they were out and would refund.
3. Nov 29th: I asked about my refund and was told they would process it tomorrow.
4. December 1st: I asked about my refund and was told to wait as she was waiting for the finance department.
5. December 2nd: I was told they have one last bag of 100g of Mast E that they found in the warehouse and they were sending it.
6. December 4th: Got USPS tacking number.
7. December 29th: I saw here in the forums that packages with Yun Express were getting held at customs so I contacted Micli, she confirmed the issue, I said that if they don't have any more Mast E raws that I would take the equivalent dollar amount of HGH instead.
8. Jan 2nd: I asked about tracking, and was told not yet.
9. Jan 6th: I inquired again about tracking and was told I should have tracking by the end of the day.
10. Jan 7th: I never heard back from Micli on the 6th, so I asked about tracking again and was told the warehouse hasn't given it to get yet but the package will be sent.
11. Jan 9th: Asked about tracking again with no response.
12. Jan 10th: Asked again and was told to rest assured that the package will 100% be sent before the holiday.
13. Today: I asked if she had tracking, she said none yet, so I asked if I could just get a refund if they can't ship before the holiday. She said that if they can't ship before the holiday then they will refund.

We are very sorry for your experience. We can confirm that your package has been dispatched. Just wait until Monday when the shipping company is 1000% able to provide you with a tracking number.
 
Anyone recommend a sales agent. Going on 6 hours trying to place my first order with Micli. Just want a couple US domestic Tirz kits. Should have been a 10 minute deal.
