1. Did you specifically mention their China Warehouse and not their USA warehouse? They have a different pricing for those in it (if you are not in the US, disregard this).
2. When you asked each rep was it the same question or format or was there room for misinterpretation in your question?

It wasn't a promo that doesn't get a discount, was a regular order.

After I got the run around form 4 different people I made a mental note to never deal with SSA again because of their dishonesty. The rep should treat each customer fairly and state the correct price for each product and not try to make money off the customer gullibility. I’m not saving or posting any logs just fyi for guys who are not up to date on the latest prices the reps will take advantage of this and try to play around with shipping fees and costs per unit for product.
