To me that’s a bit ridiculous. I get they don’t want people lying and getting a refund plus free product but let’s me real, the tests show it’s fake and they most likely know it too.

In fact, am I crazy for thinking not only a refund is due but a credit or something towards our next order? The time wasted waiting for the order, waiting for a refund, the potential danger/trust issue of a bad product….

I get it, it’s UG labs so this crap happens. But many people here use them as a main supplier and with QSC gone even more so now than ever. They should strive to keep our community happy even if it costs them a few extra $$

But I also buy from a trusted domestic, have direct conversations with the brewer and can see their recent tests results. So all good. But you pay the price for that.

Agree, I'm not averse to doing my own testing - just don't actually have the products yet though from SSA. It's also a trial for me so not fixed on using them.

Frag and AOD are known to gel. You need to reduce the PH of the Bacwater. Some folks add acetic acid buffer, some and a custom glycerine mix.

Can you tell me more about the custom glycerine mix? Or how much acetic acid is needed?

My rep is trying to make it right, so I want that to be echoed on the forums that at least they are trying. They are still telling me plain sterile water is what is needed but we all know that doesn’t make sense for a 10mg vial of frag not meant to be used in a single day.

Well, I have personally never experienced nor heard of MT2 not working for someone even from shady peptide companies. Seems to be a very inexpensive effective stable peptide. That being said, the tan effect if that is what you are going for never looks natural.

Sounds a bit crazy I agree. However you have to remember that all of these sources have people all the time on a daily basis trying to reverse scam them. This makes things more difficult when people do have legit issues.

Are they refunding with or without a Jano test?
I think that's the key difference here..

Completely agree. Just in this instance, they know the lab test is bad and it’s am over the forum. They pretend their product is separate from other vendors but we all know it’s the same stuff.

Frag doesn't gel, BAC is fine.

I've been through a bunch of AOD and maybe a small percent will gel but not if you dilute it enough, like 3 mL of BAC (ime). I've never adjusted the pH or anything, just more dilution.

Mine did gel however. They said I had to use sterile water which doesn’t make sense. I’ll go with 3 ML next time and see what happens.

What did you mean by (ime)? Haven’t seen that before.

After it gelled I added another ML of bac and it mostly turned back to normal. I probably shouldn’t use it but I’m a cheap ass I guess and don’t like waste lol.

Yeah them insisting upon the sterile water and using it all right away is what was really pissing me off. I’m not stupid, I do my research, don’t feed me BS lol
