In an effort at transparency I’ll give an update that nobody asked for.

The short version is that the US warehouse is sort of a misnomer in that products are just shipped from China, which defeats the purpose of trying to bypass Customs and long wait times. Oh well, at least I got my answer and for their part SSA was helpful and prompt in answering my questions.

There is a lot of evidence. Gotta do more reading on the back and forth of aggregates, no vacuum causing degradation on peptides, accusation, constant fear mongering.

When we discuss doing testing he reroutes the conversation.

This guy has done no testing of any products himself and relies off of other people.

How does one constantly discuss fear of aggregates but has had no confirmation testing to make sure the product is what is stated?

Can confirm. They sent 14/16 of my Lantus pens from the US warehouse and said they must’ve “miscounted” and yesterday I ask again when they’re going to resend the other two and he says they’ve been out of stock in the US and need to send from China

Only speaking from personal experience. If your rep is cool with you, they will actually tell you what is in stock in the US warehouse currently and what is not and if you like to order. It comes in batches and those batches seem to run dry of the popular products within just a few days and then most is generally gone in two until the next refill. Got to be quick.
