Do cap colours change even in the same batch? The Reta 10 I received instead of Tirz 10 are white tops but all the others I have seen from the same batch are red tops. TIA.

Can anyone comment on the tracking of SSA deliveries to EU? I NEED tracking to know when to intercept the delivery.

I recently had to let go of a delivery because the vendor had send me the tracking AFTER the delivery had failed and it was sitting for pickup at a post office.

Its the same as with others, no update until it lands in the country, then normal updates until its delivered to your post office. Anything specific?

A day or two in advance is all I need, and I don't mind checking the tracking once a day. If they sent a tracking number that shows no update, but is valid, once it hits the national distribution hub I am all good.

Not all batches are tested, not all cap colors are tested.

Caps are shared across different products and dosages. You can't stop production just because you run out of a certain color -- $$$.

Sorry unsure for central eu. Hopefully someone can chime in with an answer. Most countries tracking updates/works once package has been handed over to your local courier.

Take this with a grain of salt bc I don't know specifics for each country but I'm pretty sure there shouldn't be an issue picking up a package after it has cleared customs as (AFAIK) after it clears the postal company can't inspect it or anything

Hey impatient SSA purchasers....listen up and figure this out...it will give you something to do on your phone while you wait for your packages to come through customs...

If in USA wondering if it's time to request a reship from SSA....try Track17...then figure out how to manipulate the "carrier" use the CHINA drop down list on the top bar....select BMURPHS. ENTER YOUR TRACKING NUMBER...

If you have already entered this number with a different carrier selection....DELETE IT and go try BMURPHS...

In my case...used "auto detect carrier"...which gave me the usual... USPS or FEDEX label created...carrier waiting for package ..blah...wait 30 days and kinda go crazy wondering if customs letter is coming....

Last night....saw Jeffholio5s post...figured out where the F BMURPHS was hiding on that f'ing 20000 carriers listed on 5+ drop downs...

Plugged it in....CHINESE! F the F...there has got to be a translate button...let me try this X/A button ..BOOM...I can read 26 days of updates starting MAY 14th and if reading correctly...cleared customs 07 JUN...winning
