Look at the high priority column. That is the AVERAGE fee at that moment for 1 transfer. I usually pay 10-50% more in fees to speed up the transfer. -- sometimes paying even double the fee when the fees are low to save time and prevent any BTC fluctuations.

Paying lesser in fees and having a slower transfer can result in the BTC price dropping and you underpaying which is not what you want. It's almost always better to pay MORE in fees when sending to a vendor than LESS. You don't want your transaction to be stuck for hours.

It also depends on your exchange. Some exchanges will want you to pay more fees (so that your transaction moves quicker and you dont open a support ticket), some less (so you don't complain why it is so expensive).

Some will allow you to modify the fee.

They do not keep the fees.

This is the AVERAGE fee, there are people paying from 2-529 sat/vB which on average corresponds to 4 sat/vB which is $0.58. People paying 529 will probably have their transaction complete within seconds.

Paying the AVERAGE fee of 58c, will have your transaction complete within ~10 minutes.

The fact that you’ve tried both makes your comment hold more weight than some on here who have not and think Tirz is superior. As far as bodybuilders/weightlifters go, the feedback I’ve read makes me believe Reta is better than Tirz for most. Tirz was great for weight loss, but Reta was much better for making gains in the gym. You can eat as much or as little as you like. The glucose control is “likely” better than what you get from Tirz. And my metabolism was crazy high. I continued to get ripped even when eating excess calories.

Honestly if you haven’t tried both and don’t lift your opinion of Reta means nothing at all.

I’ve tried both and came away disappointed by Reta, but plan on using it again for a longer stretch to reallly sus out what was happening. (I suspect five weeks was too short of a window, but it’s what I had to work with at the time)

I deliberately used it during a maintenance phase to see what effects it had on appetite, body composition, and blood work. No change to the latter two, but appetite was significantly higher on vs off of Reta. It made maintenance go from easy to hard within two days of starting it. I could eat my usual meals and feel completely unsatisfied, which was annoying but ultimately not an insurmountable problem. Side effects were zero (same with tirz) and if I didn’t know I was taking it I wouldn’t have known I was taking it. It did sort of weirdly quiet my usual evening sweet craving, which was interesting. I definitely want to give it another chance with a longer timeline, maybe this Fall. I’ve read plenty of reports that line up exactly with what you’re saying, so I’m hoping to get a similar result next time.

I actually got a sweets craving occasionally on Reta. Not every week but when it hit I’d better not have any junk food in the house. But I agree with you. Give it a little more time to build up in your system and find the correct dosage for you. I found that even if I overate Reta kept my metabolism high and I was able to stay very lean.

One thing I never saw with Reta was a change in my HBA1C, I've read online of people dropping their HBA1C. It might be that they were losing weight or were T2D but mine was the same even when i went all the way up to 15mg.
