I’m working with Bella and she’s having trouble finding my transaction ID that I sent them. Does anyone have a problem with this?

I have made multiple purchases from other vendors and no one has ever asked for a transaction ID. I normally just send it to the wallet they give me. From there they confirm payment was sent and I get my package.

Is there something I’m missing?

I sent it to the correct wallet. Provided the transaction ID from the receipt and they can’t find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

That's the trick is to turn phone flashlight on and place the vial directly on top of the light to illuminate it. Either it'll be clear or there will be some stringy jizz strands.

Im having a hard time with her as well. Placed a rather large order and just waiting for a reply takes ages. Got tracking a few days agter payment and since then sweet fuck all
 
Heads up, I don't know if my email was hacked or something else. But I got a reply from Ada to an email thread last used Jan 15th. I've been using Tansy since then.
So remember newbies sources don't email you. Always use caution and use new email threads every order.

I also got a Email from Ada yesterday, just the updated pricelist - which I asked for over mail, many moons ago.... Think they are going through their pipeline looking for sales, eventhough they say they don't contact customers... But I hear you - A bit sketchy....

Ada moved me from email to WhatsApp last year and that’s where I’ve submitted my last dozen or so orders. Yesterday Ada emailed me the price list and asked if I needed anything. I’m fairly certain it’s really her trying to make more sales and not making a connection she’s already selling me stuff on WhatsApp. But I didn’t respond just to be safe.

That's the same email I got. Could be legit. I use Tansy now so I'm just going to ignore it as well.

After last year I'm paranoid about email. I had two orders one with Lobster and one with Tracy that got robbed. They hacked my email and asked for refunds without me being able to see it. So I didn't find out till I asked about my orders a month later only to be told I was refunded.

After tracking is received for an order, isn't the next communication usually on us to inform them when we receive the package, and whether or not everything is in there and looks good? I don't personally expect further communication from them after they send tracking.
 
Anyone having issues with ordering? I order via Ada and she has been stalling / telling me to wait for x y z reason (checking orders, confirming, waiting to send me payment link, some random unnamed problem, "looking after the order carefully") for like 4 days now... Weird, normally they want my money lol @SigmaAudley China Peptide
 
My first and only issue so far with SSA, I received 1 of 4 kits I ordered and paid for of Mots-c10mg, the rest of the items were correct. But second oddity same order I was given FedEx tracking info and received the package today via USPS no changes to FedEx tracking info.

I let my rep know but im not holding my breath unfortunately. First and only time I didnt record opening a pack. Maybe QSC has me jaded but... I will update as things unfold.

Not my first order. The question I asked was to check with carrier to see if package has been seized due to the update description.
 
Just had my first issue with SSA. Ordered peptides, oils and tablets. I received all but one peptide order, no oils and no tablets. Sent messages to Rose and a dm through this site and not sure if it’s being addressed or not. Rose says she will handle it but that was over a week ago and no updates or responses.
