I think tracy is from QSC. Good news though (maybe), QSC claims to be back in business and says they will ship items back to the people he/she owes. If there was ever a time you might get your money back, it is now. But something doesnt sound right because they claim that they cant access their computers until after the investigation is done. Only time will tell if they're opened back up or not

Any Canadians who’ve ordered international, how long did it take to land?

I ordered about $5600 worth Ontario.
They shipped it in 3 packages.
1 from China directly and 2 from China all the way to the states (for some reason) only to come to Canada.
The one from China landed 1 week ago, the 2 that they decided to ship to the states first hasn’t even been scanned and it’s been 15 days. Pretty sure they’re seized.
Very confused why they would risk a package getting seized twice in one order, my assumption is they’re saving money somehow. Not sure.
They’re easy to work with and I’m sure I’ll get a reship if it’s seized, but the logistics mentality behind this I can’t understand.

It took mine longer than 15 days for first stateside scan, so hope is still alive.

pretty sure it wasn't intended to go to to a sorting facility in the US for inspection. This is common though, these carriers play god with packages all the time and intercept international parcels sending them very far away for inspection. For example, i receive packages maybe 1000km away from the source, sometimes my packs arrive in 24 hours, sometimes they send to a country 10,000km away and it transits 4 times just to get there for inspection and my "express" package takes 14-20 days.
