Ok, here are some updated pics of me. Keep in mind I haven't competed in nearly 6 years (for those that remember, I use to compete on a national level) and I also am pretty much gear free. I maybe do a tiny cycle once a year or so. I am a half ass lifter nowadays as well. Anyhow, let me know what you all think. Sorry in advance for the poor picture quality but that is what you get from a camera phone.

I realize the camera phone picture quality sucks but it is the easiest and quickest way for me to get pics to email and download. I do not own a digital camera and do not have a scanner. Makes it kinda hard for me. It is a verizon vg6000 phone. Pretty new actually. I wouldn't call myself natural because I have used (many many times over 13 years span). Let's say, I am a born again natural....LOL! I have used in the past year, just not much. Enough to maintain. I only weigh about 210lb now at 5'10". Probably about 14% bf. I can see my abs some but not like the good ole days! Anyhow, thanks for the feedback.

LoL, I was hoping the bad picture quakity would hide my gyno but I have to admitt....IT'S GYNO! I have it on both sides bro. I really don't give a fuck though. If I still competed I'd get rid of it. And I am tan now. I just got back from Puerto Rico a few weeks back. I was the only muscular guy on the beach. Gotta love that. Chicks were checking me out left and right. My girl was not liking the attention thrown my way.
