SLEEP APNEA TEST COST $$?? And Getting of TRT

RELENTLESS

I will try to make this short as possible. I was going to an organic med dr. for 5yrs. Pay for yearly plan is how he operated. I had been placed on trt when my blood work had me at 156 level. He also placed me on arimadex to keep estrogen at bay. Yes, he seem to know his shit when other drs didn't even mention the estrogen connection. Anyways, he became to expensive so I went to a dr that took my insurance. Was with her for a year and she had actually continued to prescribe me cypionate as he did. Well, the year is up and I am out of arimadex. I had blood work done. My level was 324 and that's with 200 ml shot per week. estrogen was at 47 where I believe 44 is the high mark. Anyways, I asked if she could prescribe me the arimadex and even gave her the old bottle for show. She said that was out of her scope and sent me to an endocronoligist. Well, she immediately told me that do to my size I need a sleep study and I should get off the test for 6 weeks to see if I really need it or maybe I just need some clomid. Well, that didn't sit well since I have been injecting for 6years straight. I don't think the clomid will get these nutts producing again. Anyways, I do agree with the sleep apnea test but, I hear it is expensive as hell. I have a damn 5000 deductible so, Im in limbo of what I should do? Maybe go back to my original organic med dr and pay his hefty annual cost? Im not too sure the regular dr.s are up to date. She did not want to give me the arimadex. Any suggestions? Yes, I do have a fat neck. 6'5" 400 lbs. So, I automatically do assume I have sleep apnea and if my estrogen is high, that needs to be addressed. Anyone familiar with the cost? How about the suggestion of getting off trt for six weeks?

Thanks In advance for your opinions!

400 pounds? Do exactly what your doctors tell you. You're looking at some serious potential health problems. And you absolutely need a sleep study and a cpap. At that body weight, I'd be curious what your blood work looks like running trt.

Get on a diet and get in the gym seriously.

Hmmm, what kind of 400lbs are we talking? Blood work looks healthy mostly

Are you 400lbs of unhealthy weifht, or more like a Brian Shaw sort of 400?
Closer to a Brian Shaw. No Ruben Studdard here.

I'm have been continuously lifting and doing cardio since 15. I am 42 now. I just eat more than I should at times. I work out more than I sit on the couch. I would like to hit cardio 3x a day, hit the weights, eat clean and hit a sus /eq cycle to try to lean out but now this sleep apnea thing has come in to play. I ruptured my Achilles playing basketball back in oct....put on 30 lbs from being in active. I am now healthy enough to really engage and get back on track. That was a bitch of an injury!
