So, I've seen people bicker back and forth on numerous forums about whether Chinese HGH is the bunk or the goods. I've been using Chinese HGH (bought after much research and reading reviews everywhere on the net), and all I can say so far is that...I am SLEEPING!! For the first time in at least 3 years I am sleeping darn near through the night. I might wake up to go pee once or twice, but I fall right back asleep and for me (post-menopausal, which means I was hardly sleeping) that is AMAZING! Plus i dream a LOT and I remember them up to a point, so that means I am getting some real good sleep. I'm going to do bloods on this stuff in the next week or so per the recommended protocol and see what it says. Some people also say that is no indicator, some say it is....I'm all about experimentation so the experiment is on! I'm in my third week of using this and I know it takes a while for any results.....up to months.....I am a patient person.
 
I get the same results when using GH. I sleep like a baby, a growing baby.

As for getting bloods, you GH level will rise right away, but it takes about 4-6 weeks for IGF levels to increase so I like to wait 6 weeks before doing an IGF test.
 
Actually you should be safe around two weeks to test IGF-1.

IGF-1 levels are dose dependent as well. You will reach a higher level doing one shot of your desired amount compared to splitting it up in multiple shots.

I believe you get peak IGF-1 levels from one injection at the 20-24 hour mark. It will increase every day while administrating your given amount and should plateau around 7-8 days I believe.

How long do you run T4 on your GH blasts? I worry about shutdown....

Hey Mands, great to see you still on Meso.

My bloodwork showed different and the IGF levels peaked much higher after 6 weeks as compared to only 2 weeks.

Always great to see that and here feedback on stuff like this. I know this is usually standard practice but many are having elevated and consistent levels at the 2 week mark.

Interesting. Good to know. I've been splitting my dose. But won't anymore.
 
call me ignorant, but what advantages does the T4 have, or is it a safety precaution? I am using the GH for anti-aging and will probably never go above 4 IUs ED. I may go to 3 days on, one day off after a while.
 
thnx for the link. Other than better sleep, i have noticed that i seem leaner, which may be attributed to me hitting the gym hard again after 3 weeks of vacation/honeymoon (on which i actually lost weight, much to my chagrin). Time will tell what other effects may become apparent.

If I run GH year round, but don't wanna run the T4 year round, you'd say 6 weeks on w/ T4, and how long off?
I wouldn't run the T4 year around. It will eventually take care of it self and you will be producing natural. First 6 weeks and then off your remainder of taking gh.
Are you saying you run T4 for the first 6 weeks of using GH? Or do you have a different protocol?
Yes first 6 weeks and then off. If you want additional fat loss there is much better PED's out there.

Lastly, what're your thoughts on the idea that GH can only be utilized to a certain degree at a time. Meaning, it's far better to split high doses than to use it all at once. So, if one were to use 12iu/day, it would be better to do 4iu am, 4iu mid day and 4iu end of day...?

I'm opposite in my beliefs.

I believe it's much better to use one High dose rather than splitting it up. This will yield higher concentration levels of GH and IGF-1 and will get you there quicker than splitting them up.

I also believe it cycling GH or even coming off for at least a month at a time when running.

I advocate blasting with 5-6 iu's a day for around 3 months or when blood glucose/blood sugar elevates too high then drop down to 1-2 iu's for a month or two. Get bloods for reference and then go back to blasting again.(Of course this is for advanced users).

Or you can take off completely for a month and hit it back up again.

Is the blood glucose test called A1C? Can I test mine using someone's diabetes testing strip?
 
Lowest levels of endogenous gh are between the hours of awakening and late afternoon. Therefore, If I were to split a 12 iu dose it would be:

1.) As soon as I awoke
2.) Between 11-12 pm (lunch time), little carbs in that meal.
3.) Pre workout
