On average how much sleep do you guys get?? It seems like my sleep schedule has been so messed up lately and I take more naps then actually a long period of rest. Do you guys notice significant changes during your workouts?

I get about 6 hours a night, always been like that.

I can't sleep longer if I try, wish I could.
 
Sleep... What's that?

I've got 5 kids man. Youngest is 9 months and won't sleep for longer than 45 minutes at a stretch.

Ten years ago, I worked steady midnights for about 5 years. My body has never adjusted from that. I'm exhausted from the morning until around 3-4pm, and then have a ton of energy until I go to bed at 10-11...then back up at 430-5am..

So maybe I get a 4-5 hours a night... For the last 20 years considering my oldest kid is 17...

Yep. I'm going to die early because I don't ever sleep lol...

In bed by 10 most nights, up by 4 am. On sundays i still wake up at 4, however ill lay back down and snuggle with the Mrs till about 8. Sometimes ill take 2 hour nap after getting home from work. More energy when im blasting
