Boys and girls, I welcome you to the next phase in building my version of the perfect monster.

I wanted to run my bulk until February 15th, but after talking to some members, and just feeling tired of trying to grow, I'm gonna cut down then take at least 1 month off all gear, maybe 2, we shall see how I feel. Not sure if I'll keep GH in during that sober period, still debating that.

The idea here is to melt as much fat, and retain as much muscle as possible, DUH!

Here's the plan, Stan:

I may continue to pin tren a after week 4, and adjust depending on how I tolerate the sides. I like the idea of using enanthate as the base, then adding or subtracting ace as your body
The program will be John Meadows 2016 Arnold Classic prep. I will follow it as closely as possible, unfortunately he doesn't discuss his diet or cardio in this program, like he does with the Universe Prep. So, I'll go with Palumbo's diet here, and cardio. It worked great for me in the past, why change it? The cardio will change as needed.

The Syntherol Program will be used in conjunction with this (boo hoo for those of you who want to continue to talk shit). Multiple, multiple "experts" in SEO have advised me to use synthol in my "cut" to maintain fullness in the muscles. Also, a small amount of test prop will be added to each shot, probably 25mg's or less, nothing to write home about. I will adjust my test enan as needed.

Here's the structure:
Monday- Chest (base)
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- Back (pump)
Thursday- Arms
Friday- Chest (pump)
Saturday- Back (base)

There are a couple tweaks you can make that will maximize the benefits of your cardio protocol without having to do that much cardio on the front end of the cut (taper up cardio performed as you get deeper into single digit though).

I would suggest, upon waking or whenever you are fasted for a few hours, pin your first dose of GH (doesn't have to be a large dose for lipolysis either) and then proceed to do cardio. At the very start I would suggest 20 minutes of LISS 3-4x weekly.

You can maximize the fat burn if you can remain fasted for a couple hours after pinning growth and after doing the cardio.

This is what I do even as off-season (although I don't stay fasted after I finish the cardio because I'm balls deep in the growing phase atm). If I were to do a contest prep I would do the same thing, just scale up cardio towards the end and try and stay fasted for an hour or so after pinning the growth hormone and finishing cardio (small doses are sufficient for fat burn, 1-2iu's etc).

I wish I could make it to the gym fasted, so I figure the closest to fasted I can be is post lifting... Maybe I'll buy a treadmill.

Get a device to monitor BPM and just do the cardio outside. Get out of bed, pin growth, and do some steady walking outdoors keeping BPM steady for 20 minutes.

I much prefer this approach because upon waking you are more fasted than you would be in the afternoon which will further benefit lipolysis with the GH and cardio protocol.

Yeah, I used to do this with HGH Frag and it seemed to work well, similar concept. Then came home and ate about 30 minutes later.

Doing this with GH is going to work even better. There are benefits for lipolysis when it comes to pinning GH in a fasted state and remaining in a fasted state. If you want to be very aggressive you can stay fasted for a couple hours after pinning the GH (and doing cardio in this time frame).

My current protocol is simply: wake up, pin 5iu GH, do 20 minutes of LISS outdoors, and then go inside and cook meal 1 and eat. I'm only really in a fasted state for an hour or so combined but I'm in the off-season adding size, so it's not necessary to even remain fasted for long, but it's certainly beneficial for fat burn and I find this approach to be optimal for fat burn in the off-season when the goal is to add lots of size.

If I wanted to adjust this to say an aggressive cut, I would do the same thing, just stay fasted for longer after completing the cardio and tapering up the cardio as needed.

Just out of curiosity, what does Meal 1 usually look like for you?

This is my absolute favorite way to do things when cutting! [emoji106]

Wake up, take GH (and T3 if in play), fasted cardio, get ready for work, get to work, eat breaky 1...

@Wunderpus. In know way am I'm bashing. I'm just curious. Do you compete? Also question for anyone reading this. I never understood why guys wanna be shredded. I'm trying to understand tho. Is it for you, to get women? To accomplish it? I'll be honest I don't have the dedication to do that. I like to eat what I want.

Im only asking for my own knowledge. I guess trying to understand. What are us as guys trying to achieve. And why.

No my brother, I don't compete. I don't have the genetics to be a national level champion, so, I won't do it. Also, I'd be a bit late in the game.

I do it for many reasons, really. To push myself, to experiment, for girls, for my peers... it's complicated and I'm sure I don't fully understand. I'm sure a part of me does it for my mostly absent father when I was a child, he was very into bodybuilding. I grew up with heroes like Arnold, Stallone, wolverine, captain America.... you know? I'm sure there are many psychological issues associated with people like myself who take it this far, but, I can't help it.... It's my desire to be as freaky as possible. The attention from everyone is addictive, as well.
