Slicin' and Dicin' into the summer

I did my first pin yesterday of the tren and mast, and the first lift plus cardio last night. Diet started today, had to have my "death row meal" of pepperoni, spicy sausage and chicken pizza before I started this low carb bullshit.

I'll be dwindling down the carbs, today will be about 50 net carbs. I'm not sure I can give up my 2 kombuchas a day, 7 carbs each... they help with digestion so much. Also, a little bit of beans today.
Nice nice. Will the GH be all pharma? Interesting to see how you go about this. High fats are my go to cut if it's not prep. I'm sure you'll adjust rather quickly, I always felt my energy got a bit better when I was dialed in after about 2 weeks..
 
Subbed, this looks like a killer cycle.

Definitely interested in the results; as far as what you post it's totally up to you but I'm generally curious about workouts, diet, everything :) just wanna see how it all unfolds and what tweaks you make along the way

No my dude, 4.5iu Serostim and 1/2 vial Black Tops (let's assume the 5iu, who fucking knows?). I'm feeling good today man, yesterday's workout killed me without carbs.... Heavy rack pulls and pullups were a fucking bitch...
 
No my brother, I don't compete. I don't have the genetics to be a national level champion, so, I won't do it. Also, I'd be a bit late in the game.

I do it for many reasons, really. To push myself, to experiment, for girls, for my peers... it's complicated and I'm sure I don't fully understand. I'm sure a part of me does it for my mostly absent father when I was a child, he was very into bodybuilding. I grew up with heroes like Arnold, Stallone, wolverine, captain America.... you know? I'm sure there are many psychological issues associated with people like myself who take it this far, but, I can't help it.... It's my desire to be as freaky as possible. The attention from everyone is addictive, as well.

You'll adjust man, besides it's always nice to feel like shit the next day after a workout. A small feeling of success and a small curiosity of if you fucked yourself up lol. I didn't think it was all pharma but I figured I'd ask. Still 5iu is still a decent dose (from what I've read and studied)

I like to use the Pharma as the "base", that way if the generic shit isn't dosed properly I still know I have real GH flowing through me....

The black tops feel pretty good.... Worth the money for sure.

I been running 3iu prob about 6mo. Started with greys. Sides were killer. Switched to blacks. Sides have gone away. Do we get use to gh and sides diminish over time? I did have bloods on greys. Planning on blacks bloods in a few weeks.

I used 4iu for a while and it took me what seemed like forever to get used to 5iu. I'm now using 6iu with the same kind of minimal sides I had with 4iu. So yes, IME you do get accustomed to things and tolerate the dosages more as you go along.

So, all is well here! Felt strong as FUCK on Friday and Saturday, so that was nice.

*Diet Change*
This keto diet is too restrictive for me right now, so I'm going to follow John Meadow's prep ratio. The carbs and overall calories will lower as weeks go by, just as cardio will increase. So for this week we are here:

Protein 35%
Carbs 50% (a lot of these carbs come from the intra workout)
Fats 15%

As you can see, it starts off fairly carb heavy... However, with the huge caloric drop (From about 7000 to 3400 kcals), I should continue to lose fat for now.

Had a nice cheat meal last night, 3 shredded beef enchiladas.... It was awesome.

Now, back to the iron and the real world!
 
Okay, here we go!

Yesterday was chest, shoulders and tri's. You know what's funny, I was dragging ass and felt weak all day, and then I read in Meadows he felt the same way on that day, weird. Probably chemtrails or the fluoride in our water, who knows?

Anyway, back to the fun stuff, here's a log of what I ate yesterday:

- 3 Whole Eggs, 1/2 cup dry measured oatmeal, 5 raspberries in oatmeal with stevia and an egg white shake.

- 50g of Carnivor (Fuck this stuff is gross as dick, anyone know of a better beef protein?)

- 1 cup cooked brown rice with 10oz chicken breast

- 50g Carnivor, again, fuck this shit.

- Pre workout (1 hour pre) 1/2 cup cream of wheat, 1 tbsp nut butter and sugar free hershey's syrup

- Intra workout- 60g powdered carbs, BCAAs, glutamine and citrulline malate

- Post workout egg white shake

- 1 hour post workout spaghetti squash with 10oz of a mix of sausage and ground beef.

- Pre bed egg white shake with 1tbsp of all natty peanut butter


This is NOT a lot of food, I'm hungry all the time, and cannot wait to eat again. This is what suffering feels like.

Chest, shoulders and tris went well, I was a little weaker than normally on the incline bench, but that's okay. Got an insane bump on rope pushdowns 8 sets of 10 with 40 seconds in between sets.... WOW.

I feel the workouts are going well, the cardio just bores the living fuck out of me. I need to find someone who will talk to me while we both walk on the treadmill.

It's a convenience thing, OGH. I need some sort of shake, and I can't do whey... Also, don't want to do egg whites all the time. Sometimes REAL food is hard to digest pre workout etc.

I know , I thought Carnivor might be the answer too . Got that shits aweful . The best deal I think is NOW powdered egg whites ($$/lb) . It was voted #1 best protein/per lb on several non-biased comparison tests . Mix it with Powerades....

Hmm, I was trying to avoid adding more egg whites... Any brand you've tried? Taste?
