For those of you who were wondering/curious, here is the diet/protocol for the current "add lean mass" phase of this program. It will be tweaked, as needed, of course.

Question; any reason you opt for T4 over T3? Believe it or not I can get T4 for free lol.
Also, what would 200mcg of T4 be equilivant to in a T3 dosage, like 100mcg?

no 200 t4 is like 10 mcg t3. lol.

I've searched for this answer, and only found very vague results that actually appear to hold water. It appears your body can convert 200mcg's into anywhere from ~20-~100mcgs of T3. So, it really isn't as easy to nail down as you'd think. If someone has more credible information, I'd love to read more. This is why T4 is sometimes harder to use for fat loss, but I've also found it to be less harsh in terms of catabolism and insane fluctuations. I like T4 and T3 stacked, for me. I'll take T4 am and either add my T3 then, or a few hours later for more of a trickle effect....

Are speaking in terms of Bioavailability with T3? Also is T3 an injectable or oral?

I've never seen injectable T3, not sure why someone would take that. I'm speaking in terms of T4's conversion to bioavailable T3. T4 is essentially a precursor to T3: Thyroxine T4 Profile

Interesting. Only reason i ask is cuz I've actually never seen it. I really don't know anything at all about it. Since I'm training for aesthetics this year I'm gonna absorb all the knowledge I can to acquire a physique that is stage worthy. Thanks again for the feedback WP.

Hmm, had to drop the superdrol for a few days, 40mg's was too much. I popped 1 today, and I'll pop another 2 hours pre workout (so 20mg's/day) and see how that goes for a few weeks. 40mgs was just brutal, and made me feel like total shit, I completely underestimated it....

Strength has been going up, which is great, especially in my bench. This training program has been tough (upper body, lower body split). I am going to add legs into 2x a week though, 1 powerlifting (squat) program and then 1 hypertrophy based program (just following John Meadows still). So, we'll hopefully add some solid weight to my legs this way. I feel very anabolic right now, and primed to grow, so I'm planning on harnessing that.

Never tried SD but have always heard how harsh it can be so i just rather avoid that. Sounds like a solid plan for putting size on your legs, going PL one day and hypertrophy the next, should have great results. BTW , still using that calve WO, by far the best results ive ever had. Ill always thank you for that one.

200mcg of T4 is equivalent to about a quarter of that so 50mcg of T3 to give you a rough range.
 
God dammit boys and girls, when it rains, it pours, am I right?

Well, thursday night - friday afternoon was a brutal little run. Thursday night I tore the fascia in my left bicep. After have a doc buddy look at it, he said I'm lucky it didn't come off the bone. Basically, he described a rope and I "tore" the middle section of the rope (he used a knife cutting into it analogy) and the fascia (fibers in the rope) frayed everywhere. Well, good news is I probably won't need surgery since it didn't separate. Now, bad news is I might need surgery for cosmetic reasons, if it heals back funny. It didn't even hurt when I did it, it started to about 15 minutes after the fact. I was literally curling 25's, at an incline seated DB curl. No fuckery, bad form, crazy weight, nothing... I really don't know HOW it happened. It didn't even feel hard for the first few reps, I didn't have an idea this was on it's way. Well, I got to the bottom of a rep, and physically couldn't lift it again. Not from the pain, I just felt like there was literally no fuel left. So, I racked up the DB's, grabbed my keys and called it a night as I was almost done anyway. By the time I was almost home, I had INSANE shooting pains into my hand/fingers and down my forearm. I thought it was tendinitis or something, I honestly didn't think it was the bicep. I went inside, sat on the couch and passed out for literally about 12 hours... I woke up, and my arm was KILLING me! I thought I slept on it weird, or something, still not putting together the pieces....

With my arm being so heavily tattooed, I didn't even noticed until I looked in the mirror, and it looked like there was cranberry sauce under my skin. I'm talking FULL of blood, like a blood bruise. You could CLEARLY see the two heads of the bicep were separated, poor @Eman and @GearGodess were assaulted with frantic pictures when this happened... I'm not as tough as I look ;)

Anyway, doc says 4 weeks of not using it, PERIOD. I can do some stuff for back if I use wraps he said, as long as I'm not gripping too much, or rotating the wrist. Inflammation is down today, pain is still pretty solid, but nothing like the first 2 days. I didn't even leave the bed the day after I hurt so bad....

I am going to try @mands suggestions of TB500. I will be running this at 2mg's 2x a week for a few weeks, then cut down to a maintenance dose. This will be used in conjunction with hGH and the appropriate heat/cold therapy as well as epsom salt. Diet will be on point, as will micro nutrient consumption. I want EVERY advantage to heal up here.

Moral of the story, when shit is going PERFECTLY, a horrible road block can pop up. I'm going to use this as a great excuse to work on building my chest and calves, as well as tri's assuming it doesn't hurt my bi's. Sometimes you just gotta accept the hand you're dealt, and play your best play. I could easily just get upset, stop going to the gym and give up. Rather, I'll refocus on a new goal, and work towards that.
