Could be a stupid question, but came to me today while I was doing legs.
I used to do slower reps, like Dorian, but recently I've switched to Kai Green type speed, using less weight, but at a faster tempo, and holy shit the pumps. I never get this pumped with any other rep tempo.
I also feel it in parts of my muscles I didn't have "access" to, like the very top of my legs are getting rekt by leg extensions, when I never felt them before doing the heavy weight, slower tempo.
And again, the PUMPS are nuts.
I'm not going super high reps either, max I went was 15 or so. But this just feels better and safer.
Just to clarify: I do get pumped the other way, but not like I do going faster?
