Was doing heavy squats came up weird fucking mid and lower back tendons are torn up like a mother fucker should i take a break from lifting im 3 weeks in on my first cycle of Test E 600mg/week shit could not have happened at a worse time fml.

Does rhe pain radiate down your leg?Not sure what you mean torn up tendons?Ice and heat will help if it's a strain Hopefully you did not bulge a disk But yeah if you cant hit legs maybe just upper body work if you can I would drop the test too 100mg for a while until you heal up.If you can still train upper body hard the keep on just avoid anything that aggravates it.
 
As long as your not laying on a heating pad popping pills and pissing yourself it might be a bad sprain. I kill the machine circuit to limit injuries, I cant afford to miss work
 
Hit up a local chiropractor a cpl times a week and have them do ultrasound on it. Next, work the range of motion on lower back with hyperextensions, and even if it's just 3" you can do just do a shitload of reps and work through it. What you need is blood flow to the injured area to get it to heal faster.
 
As it begins to heal more you gradually increase the ROM on the hyper extensions until you can get a full hyper extension with bodyweight. Take it slow, but stimulation and blood flow is what is needed!!! Don't sit on your ass and not train at all, that won't help your cause
 
If you feel there’s something torn best thing is to get an mri and an evaluation by the doc. Partial tears will take time to heal while complete tears need surgery. Hope this works out for you man.
 
don’t fuck with back injuries. Anything that’s painful should be a no go. Get chiro and massage work frequently and listen to your body.

Ugh that blows...sorry to hear tat man. But hey, if you really did fuck your tendons or something up then lay off the Test. The last thing you want to do is decrease collagen synthesis. Could drop to a cruise then try anavar or NPP to increase it and help heal. Given that it's your first cycle though that is probably not advisable to mess with more compounds like that, you'd be better off just dropping to a true TRT dose of test for a while or going off altogether until it heals up. Also supplement hydrolyzed collagen...

Take the time you need to heal and deload.

I starting feeling pain and stiffness in my teardrops during squats, especially 3RM
Even 5 days after heavy a heavy day.
Took a week off training legs

Feel great, time for some fucking PRs

Take the time and heal, the gains will come, but. it if you fuck yourself up badly

Go see a doctor. Lower back injuries are not something to take lightly.
