I've been smoking on and off for sometime... roughly 10 years.. I recently been smoking for the past year, before that, I had quit for 7years before toking up for the first time. I just try to normalize smoking because of it becoming legal, medically, and recreational, but to be honest, it seems like this "medical/recreationally" bullshit is a ploy to separate the wolves from the sheep, the weak from the strong. This past year that I returned to smoking, was nothing but cloudiness, laziness, ups and downs emotionally, and just annoying. Thought I would get more creative with music making, all it left me was clouded and tired. Smoked before and after the gym... before.. i thought it would help me focus, it made feel drained and a 1hr workout felt like a year, and thought I was working hard, when in reality, all I did was 3 sets of 8... smh. And for those people say munchies aren't real and can be controlled..lmfao.. if your trying to.bulk,sure, but it had me gorging on cookies and cakes just to shit all day the next day. Not to mention it wrecks testosterone production and semen quality.
