Cuts right through my state, need to pick up some glasses so I can watch
It's only 70% coverage in my area. Should be cool either way. Hoping I live to 2079 so I can see the next full solar eclipse lol!!

Where I am it will only be 70% totality as well.
My state is not in the path of totality either. But Krispy Kreme is making a killing of the the extra chocolate glazed donuts.
Im smack dab right in the path of destruction. Infact where the black dot is, is really close to where were at. Im right in tue middle of the state. At work atm an we all have our weldin hats ready for the show. Solar Eclipse 2017 Powered by the Show Me State lol.

It was totally cloudy where im at. Clouds broke for like 5 minutes.
It's coming here soon. Already getting pretty dark.
Looks like your looking thru tinted windows. Pretty cool...i guess

Kind of eerie when it went dark. My dogs started pacing around and acted nervous. Not the most exciting thing I've ever seen, but I'm glad I got to see it.
I guess 2024 is the next one

Saw my first eclipse as a kid, over in Europe.
These days, if a pair of double Ds would block the sun while leaning over me with a cold drink that'd be more enjoyable.

It started on the Oregon Coast here , I put on the welders goggles and saw it eclipse . Big deal back to work !
