Honestly brother I get my motivation from all of you guys. And having a hot Wife keeps me motivated to because I want to look good for her. I also want to stay in shape to be able to try and keep up with my kids. I wish I had half of the energy they have. Another thing that motivates me is my kids wanting me to show them my muscles and always hanging off of my biceps. You just have to find what works for you my man.
