You probably have gas..not making a joke. Do you have anything for gas?
If your blood pressure is not typically highe, and if you have any in the house, take a tea spoon of baking soda and a tall glass of water.

Hope you feel better. If your start feeling strange sensations in your fingers and arms...call the paramedics. I hope it’s noting like that. Good luck

Thank you but I don’t think it’s gas it couple of nights ago I woke up at four in the morning and I had a really sharp pain in the back of my neck down to my lower back on the right side and it still killing me actually then that day If I would breathe cough or laugh or sneeze I would have pain in the right side of my stomach and the day after that the pain moved up to the right side of my chest the whole right side of my upper body is killing me especially when I breathe

You could have pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve.
If it's really concerning, have it looked at. Take away the guess work.

Based upon YOUR description
of the symptoms alone; a “killing sensation” involving the chest wall area, would compel most 28 yo to seek the advice of a HCP.

Why have you, bc there’s NO WAY
the cause, or appropriate treatment can be rendered with a couple one liners on a PED forum.

But just so you understand how broad the differential (varied causes) can be here’s a few to chew on;
Pulmonary Embolus (lung blood clot
Aortic Dissection (torn aorta)
AMI (heart attack)
Ischemic Heart Disease (pain from clogged arteries)
Esophageal Rupture
Pericarditis (infammec heart fascia)
GERD (heartburn)
MS chest wall pain

Bla,bla, bla!

The point is in the absence of a History, Physical and at least an ECG and CXR, you’re asking others to partake in one huge guessing game, and a potentiallly dangerous one at that.

SEE A DOC, fella!

Went to urgent care this morning and Dr. said it’s early signs of pneumonia which doesn’t explain the pain but hey I’m not a doctor what do I know
