Meso.
Been off the needle a couple years due to surgerys. After both shoulder rotator cuff repairs and knee scrapings. Rehab had been done a year now im ready to get back into the game. Obviously no more PB reps.
My question to all the vets is im contemplating just cycling 1g of sust a week and eating enough protein to do 1.5g per pound. Im 185#. Im not looking to build mass just cut up to get rid of this dad bod I have developed!
Overkill or not to do 1 gram broken up into 4 injections? With not including tren, mast etc will it even be worthwhile?

Diet:
80 gram overnight oats/ whey morning for breakfast
40 gram of chicken and rice/ bell peppers
20 grams of whatever after workout.
80 gram of oats/whey before bed.

6 day push/pull regime for gym. I wont be going as hard as before. And NO, im not coming off the couch and deciding to do this, I have been steady at 3-5 days full body workouts since rehab. Just no gains since diet was shit etc.

I was dumb not to include length. 15 weeks at a gram. I have shit on hand for bitch tits if I get sensitive. 10 weeks at 250mg for a cruise. I am a slave to the needle at this point with natural test being below 300 when completly off!

Test is test and I don't think I'd want all those different esters.
I've never tried it, but I've also never really heard anyone rave about it. I think people just like to think it's better cause it's got every ester available in one vial lol. Seems like marketing to me.

Again, never ran sust so maybe I'm talking out my neck
 
Cyp was what I was pinning with previously. I may have just caught someone with all the hype. I will pin 15 weeks of sust this go around and after my 10 week cruise I will do the cyp and see what the difference is. Not a one to let product go to waste that tests good and clean.

1 gram is absolutely overkill for your goal. Diet is more important than the gear on a cut. You can easily cut on 250 to 400. And sust sucks, get a single ester.
