Just started week 6. Was taking 30 mg d-bol/day. (just stopped d-bol) and 500mg enenthate/week. Will then be adding 100mg prop ED for weeks 10-12. My problem now, is sore nipples. HAve nolvadex on hand. Will 10mg ED do the trick or should I take more. Thanks for the help

start off with about 60mgs per day for the first 3 days or so, then switch to 20mg/day for a couple of weeks then adjust down to 10 if you wish if not just keep on 20/day the rest of the way out.

Not to pick on you...I see too many of these posts though. I feel like a missionary preaching the word. Nolva and Ldex are cheap....anyone with an internet connection has access to these items....there is no evidence that they hinder gains....only that they are beneficial.
Always use .25mg/day of Ldex and 10mg/day of nolva.
there is absolutely no reason for gyno posts or "my bp is through the roof posts", unless it's a rare exception.

There's really not even any room for argument here.

I don't think anyone would argue, but trust me, when you are a newbie, it's nice to hear something in person from someone with experience. I've read articles til my eyes bleed, and then one kind chap here gave me private advice, and voila, all my pain went away (of confusion).

Patience virtue is for the sake of the young, and gains to the vet come as friends and compatriots join their persute. In this case, some day with enough patience and newbies, lawmakers might even become sensible to hear our silent majority who believe our bodies are our own.

Kindness and friendship are the ultimate goals which satisfy, and knowing men of character and integrity is invaluable.

I think people sometimes feel that 'if I had to do it the hard way, so do they', as a rite of passage. But then there are those who believe in building bridges and letting others stand on their shoulders.

Who is right? I don't know, but I like to share my knowledge freely... not that theology or computer networking is that useful in this forum.

And of course, a no answer, is an answer in itself...

Personally I thank you for taking the time. You confirm some good advice given to me by another member here.

I'm not sure what to say. If Thomas Paine, Winston Churchill, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau could somehow have an offspring together, it would write somewhat like you do. That's a compliment BTW.
