My suggestion would be to try to stay level headed, either way, and be cautious what information we share here. No need to get any unwanted attention drawn to any of us.

'Amazing person" may have been strong and my half ass concentration due to popping in and out, I wasn't really paying great attention to my wording. He has been very good for me so far and I am sorry for your struggles, brother. That sucks and is a bs long as time.

From what I hear he had been offered refunds and given free products for the wait a long time ago. I was told he refused the refund.
I have nothing to do with it but was concerned about the wait and checked in- that is what I was told.

He is not working with the lab, he just has a very good relationship with the rep as do several people here. The rep is a solid dude that has contributed a ton to the community for a long time.
