Communication has always been excellent and Ci has provided a personal service for each order. Every order has been received within 10-20 days from date of payment.
Top notch packaging.
Products quality has been excellent, I have linked some lab tests at the end of this post.

Prices could be a bit more competitive. I have gone back and forth over email negotiating prices, sometimes Ci budges and sometimes he won't. His service up till now has been excellent which is why I keep going back to him.
