As Villan said, you got to be more upfront with this forum if you want to have success.

It doesn’t look professional when a source says “Free Shipping” and then “No minimum order quantity”, only later to say to a customer ready to purchase “We may add a shipping fee btw”.

Not that big of a deal, but when there are many sources to choose from they begin to matter.

Yeah, we've never met a shipping fee problem before.
Coz we mostly work for big labs by our professional knowledge, who won't give us a minimum order or shipping problem.

Thank you for advice. Next time when we're doing sales, we'll note the minimum order and the other details.
