Admittedly, I feel like I'm splitting hairs just a liitle bit by playfully debating with you about it. Even so, the distinction is probably an important one because there are people scanning through this thread and other DNP threads right now who are on the fence about trying DNP. I do my best to post as much factual information on this subject as I can but I also do my best not to really encourage it's use.

AAS users, and basically the human race in general, tend to look for the answers they want to hear... One person may see "it's safe" and feel like they have carte blanche to read no further. That may say more about them than it does about you or me, I would still prefer to avoid it.

Lastly, I knew a guy on another forum who is a pretty advanced AAS user and competitor who used DNP from time to time to kick off his dieting phase. He took it one evening and had a very serious reaction, probably allergic, and nearly had to be hit with an epi by his wife as a last resort. Luckily, it subsided eventually but that was the last time he ever took it. Very much changed his outlook. That was from his first 200mg dose of the cycle, after having several cycles under his belt. Just goes to show that you always have to be ready for something to happen... There were probably small signs prior to this that indicated he was allergic but who knows.

(Don't want to you take any of this as a lecture, btw... I tend to have a stream of consciousness writing style at times)

Hey Eman, I agree with you completely on this post. I do not advocate anyone use DNP just as I do not advocate anyone start using AAS. Both are personal decisions to use, and while I use both, with DNP only being used once every few years, I can’t recommend either to any of my friends. I hear you on the allergic reaction part too as I’m familiar some individuals may experience this and obviously they should not continue using DNP. My thought process on the previous post was that there shouldn’t (keyword “shouldn’t”) be an extremely high risk of adverse events if the dose of DNP is kept low and cycles no longer than two weeks max. Obviously people tend to be very irresponsible and have the mentality of if less works this well, then more will work even better. That is the mentality that gets people killed and that Darwin would smile at.
 
Ordered yesterday afternoon and my pack went out the same day and he sent me tracking along with it.
 
How the hell do guy handle with the wet sheets. Changed them twice last night. I need a clever way to handle this before my mattress gets ruined from all the sweat

Towels. Keep carbs as far away from bed as possible. That's about it man... It's probably the most annoying side effect. I haven't had it this cycle as bad as I've had it before luckily... The only difference that I can think of is that I've been taking ZMA.

I used to stack towels that could hold a lot of moisture on bed and just throw them away one by one through the night.

Also, don't eat before bed.

As others said. Keep several towels in your room at night.

I have a sleep number and can just take the cover off and wash it, but I’m used to night sweats. They don’t bother me at all anymore.
 
Now I see why this shit is annoying. Only day 4 and I’m constantly sweating. I sweat so much in the gym. Have to rest much longer. Everything I use is soaking wet. People are probably like wtf. Thank god I don’t have too much fat to loose and just using it to get the last few digits to achieve freak status. Going to add masteron and winny injectable when I’m done with dnp. God I love this shit so far. Idk how anyone can go above 200mg though.

First off I read to avoid all carbs but saw Emans comment to just keep them away from bed time. I've read to drink Gatorade for the electrolytes and also bai water for antioxidants and also hydration. I read on this thread that someone hasd an allergic reaction. Is there anyway to test this before pooping a 100 mg tab and possibly going into anaphylactic shock? Any other tips would be great. I ordered last week and received then Monday I plan on taking 100mg a say to start and see if I can even handle that. TIA

You don't need to avoid carbs. If you feel/function fine without them, then you can avoid them if you want... The problem is, most people don't feel good eliminating all carbs. I would at least try to get some fruit, personally. I feel an isocaloric diet is best though. I mentioned to keep them away from bedtime because you'll sweat. You'll probably sweat regardless because of how your body processes oxygen during sleep, but adding carbs right before bed will just make things worse.

You can if you want. Full sugar gatorade will probably turn the heat up because it's a very fast available sugar meant to replenish your muscles. The G2 would be better I imagine, I've never drank it on DNP.

Not that I'm aware of. That was an extreme reaction, and after posting it I remembered that I was in somewhat of an argument in the thread that it was posted in so I began to wonder if it was a little bit overstated... That's not to say it's out of the realm of possibilities. The typical reaction is getting hives... If you see those pop up, discontinue. Benadryl on hand is ideal. Pins and needles feeling is also a bad sign, unrelated to hives, but another reason to discontinue.

I'm not sure what else to say that I haven't already said... I feel like a broken record at times but I guess I'm still being helpful by repeating myself. Start low, don't commit to 400mg until you know how 100 treats you. Monitor temperature, if you reach 99.4 degrees you need to stop until it's back to normal... Over 99 indicates impending toxicity.

Other than that, read read read... But beware the source. I can tell you every single DNP "guide" I've ever read has been fundamentally flawed in one way or another. @Conciliator has posted so much information I've learned from that I almost feel like I'm plagiarizing when I talk about some of this stuff... Although I disagree with a few minor things, the major stuff he posted was typically followed by a reference in his posts. That lead me to the original studies that I base a lot of my DNP posts on. There is also a book on Amazon about DNP (a most misunderstood molecule) that has a lot of very interesting info but not a lot with regard to forming protocols/cycles.

TOUCH DOWN !!! I ordered for the second time last Friday. Pack showed up on my doorstep tonight when I got home from work. I opened it up and was really stoked. Just to reiterate: 1st order was 40 200mg Caps. They are the real thing. This order was suppose to be 30 AP T3 tabs and 15-100mg caps. However, I got blessed with a few more, lol. Again... thank you.

Mine is out for delivery today! I lost 10# last week with weights and 250mg test. Fucking stoked to have DNP back, haven’t run it in ages
 
Just a quick update, running 100mg Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat 200mg on Tue/Thu/Sat. I did 3 days carb depletion to go into keto mode prior to cycle. I'm also taking 25mcg T4 everyday.

Pre cycle weight: 201.4lbs
Day 1: 100 mg 196.8lbs
Day 2: 200 mg 196.4lbs
Day 3: 100 mg 195.9lbs
Day 4: 200 mg 195.5lbs
Day 5: 100 mg 195.2lbs
Day 6: 200 mg 195.4lbs (daughter birthday so I ate a bit more than usual, ate CARB on this day as well)
Day 7: 100 mg 195.0lbs

Note: I did noticed I sweat more than usual on Day 6 when I ate carb. LIKE A LOT more sweat. My piss smell utterly horrendous. I think I'm using such a low dosage so I'm not seeing like yellow cum, etc... when people who are on 400-600mg/day.

I knew I was on something right away because I felt that little fireball feeling from my stomach throughout the entire day. Also, I noticed if I'm outdoor and going back into my house, I see that the inside is a lot darker than usual to the point that it takes a few minutes for my eyesight to adjust to the difference from outdoor to indoor. There is definitely vision sensitivity when I'm on this, starting to wear my sunglasses and this FIXED my issue.

I weigh myself in everyday first thing I wake up in the morning. No changes in Resting Heart Rate, BP did rise just a tiny little bit from 109/71 to 115/75 (negligible)

Do you not look super flat while on? And how are your workouts? Mine our piss poor and I literally looked like i shrinked. I think I’m only going to go 14 days. This shit melts fat faster than I thought.
 
DNP arrived two days after paying.

Running a two week cycle at 200mg/day. May not even need to run it for two weeks but we’ll see.

Below is a picture taken yesterday at 220lbs. Will update.

Definitely flatter than usual but it's not a problem. After my accidental cheat carb meal on Day 6. HOLY SHIT the next day my body is god damn beautiful with the carb refueling.

Workout wise, I have dropped my intensity since I'm recovering from a minor shoulder injury so I'm working out much lower already. No decrease in strength, just sweat more than usual.
 
I just finished three weeks on his 200mgs having worked. I have a log on the steroid forum. It’s sort of A half ass log though, 4 five days in I got to the point to where the lethargy continually got worse to the point where when the three weeks was up. The lack of sleep and overall lethargy had gotten to the point to where I was falling asleep everytime I would site down. Mild self induce narcolepsy. My next bout with it, I will be carb depleting prior to beginning. Running a higher dose for shorter period of time.

Interesting. I had the opposite when I used it a few years ago. My training intensity increased and I started doing way more cardio. Was running 250mg of dinitro’s then. Only thing that annoyed me was the sweating after eating carbs and that was only a problem when I went on a first date with my ex and had Italian in a restaurant that had a fireplace going because it was winter.
