[Source] DNP ShreddedLabs

I've run DNP a few times and I've found it pretty straightforward and never had to think too much about my diet during or after, other than hitting macros and a regular "I'm cutting" deficit. I've never dealt with much water retention during or after it, so maybe I'm just lucky. Always eating a lot of carbs.

I could eat a bit of carbs myself too. Just the shortness of breath gets me. Ive built some kind of anxiety towards it. I had it today after eating some pretty high sodium/hot food and it tripped me out.

The stuff is out of my system for sure its been a while.
My goal is to rid of it so i can run again soon! It getting better for sure! Its just a mind set. But idk what the hell caused it to start to trigger me.

Anyways! Hope all is well yall! Hopefully we can all get to the gyms soon! Been doing what i can with my powerblocks. lol
 
I also get shortness of breath when on DNP and it gives me a slight anxious feeling throughout the day.

Overall I never feel too great when I’m on it but I guess that’s too be expected..
 
me too, nothing is "free." I find it better at lower doses for slightly longer times than muscling through ten days of hell, but you just feel like crap at any dose.
 
I've run dnp many times over the years from many different sources and have never not one time not had shortness of breath regardless of dosages ranging from 200mg/day (2.2mg/kg) to as high as 600mg/day (6.6mg/kg) for extended runs and feel like complete ass every time all the time. Never had any kind of allergic reaction like hives or anything like that tho.
 
What’s the verdict on post cycle diet? Some say to carb up a few days after last dose... some say reverse diet back to maintenance... jump straight to maintenance...

Praying y’all say carb up - my cravings are nutty. Planning on shutting things down tomorrow after 18 days. My lethargy is not worth it for me.

I tend to suggest carbing up about a week or so after ending the cycle. You'll fill out again no matter what but it becomes pretty dramatic if you go high on carbs.
 
I’m about to start my cycle at 200mg.....I’m going to let it get into my system and finish at 400mg......I’m going to go anywhere from 10-14 days......I’ve been cutting and I’m losing 1.5lbs per week like clock work.....I will not change anything about my diet or cardio......my diet is %100 accurate and my cardio too.....

I’ll definitely report back
