I'd wait for more confirmation from respected members and then buy only using WHM market where you can dispute and get money back. Use me as the dumbass case study - I was lulled by the reputation and sent a stranger a juicy hundo using e-mail which is asking to get robbed and knowing that I was still too lazy to go through the 20 min longer market route of buying. I can't see why someone would selectively scam small orders here and there to lose out on thousands in potential profit from user distrust in the long run so wouldn't call him out just yet but use a market and avoid the headache

i suppose that's a rhetorical question, because there's plenty of feedback, some complaints, mainly about the DNP and numerous references to his slow or complete lack of communication.
I scanned through roughly 2/3rd to get a feel. I'll add that I found him on WHM first which is a fail-safe purchase route and should really be the only route but he didn't do international so I arranged directly via e-mail to avoid asking for a custom listing. Being aware comms are more often than not spotty with most vendors I didn't spam him nor did I really have to since we have 4-5 messages with all having 2-3 day response times. I confirmed payment on 7th, he replied same day saying tracking will be available soon and since then he's ghosted 2 messages regarding said tracking in the past 11 days while obviously replying to others. I've only got myself to blame since I took the risk willingly so might as well use the opportunity to remind why escrow is important in general.

That appears to be his standard practice. He's always around to take payment, then goes silent and your pack eventually shows up.
i can understand the idea behind having little communication and remaining discreet, but at the same time, if he says he'll get back to you with tracking and ignores you, that's just a dick move.

Update, got my tracking. Usps shows its arriving later then normal. All the confirmation i needed. Should get it soon hopefully
Don't get why he still hasn't given me mine after 2 weeks and ignored 3 messages. Thought paying $30 for delivery will get me a gold sealed letter with tracking ID. Guess he thought since I'm in UK I'll only buy once from him so he's got no incentive to send the stuff in the first place. Fooking steaming nonetheless

Got my order 3 days ago, Tren, test, eq, dnp and aroma.
Label was made the Nov 24th but shipment didn't move til the 13th of December. Might have been busy or backed up, regardless I got it a bit later but I got it.
Took 10 days from being shipped and thats also with USPS saying it was delayed/late. Typically I get stuff a few days or a week maximum from shredded.

Wait, people are still ordering from this clown? This guy couldn't accurately dose dnp caps, then went to liquid which I wouldn't use if it was free. Communication is awful, shipping inconsistent.
