If it gets worse, you may need to stop. It doesn't necessarily mean your allergic. It can happen - the problem is when it gets out of control and you don't have enough time to let it clear up when you drop the dose.

It happened to me one time on my lower stomach, I think it was my first cycle. It cleared up and never happened again. I'm unaware of any research on this but I do believe that DNP can make your skin more sensitive. It may just have to do with the heat and it's affect on skin pores.

Same here 14 days on 200mg and the weight is coming off. Ive had a lot of compliments since day 8. Will be running for a month at 200mg.

Yeah just placed another order today. Btw youre going to want to take a break after the month before starting again. Your body adjust to the DNP, take a week or 2 off to reset and pick it up again. I have the same plan in mind and will follow through if it doesnt get too hot where i live.

Yea dnp sucks when the weather isn't cold. When I'd get too hot I just stand outside lol

I'm taking a break from DNP for a month since it started to become ineffective. In the meantime, what do you guys think about using Salbutamol, 4mg 3 to 4 times a day? I have some I bought a while ago, and the box says it expires 03/2020. I don't expect it to work as well as DNP but I would like to keep something going while I break from it.
