So my last day taking a cap was Saturday if i remember correctly. Its only Tuesday and i want to jump back on to lose more weight. lol

It was 400mg a day for 2 weeks. Lost 10lbs in that time frame. It was my second time running it.

First Run was in January 200mg for a month except last week i went to 400mg. Lost 14 lbs on that run.

Ill Stay off for another week or so before deciding to run again.

All of this was accomplished with no AAS.

nice since gyms are closed atm I think it’s a good idea to run dnp to get ready when they open then run a cycle?

Yes, plus its still cool in a lot of areas in the US. You DO NOT want to run this in the summer, really sucks.

It's a user preference thing, but I have found summer to be much more comfortable. There's air conditioning on, you can wear shorts, if you sweat in summer it's not as unusual as sweating in the dead of winter.

This time of year where I live can be really weird to cycle it... Not quite warm enough for AC but still need heat on the other half of the time.

Probably depends where you live and where you work. With heat index 95 and over for months plus working outside, I just can't again. Last summer was brutal!

I’m moving the cold weather because I can never cool down and get comfortable. We had a 70°+ day and I was miserable. Had to turn the air down to 62 to get comfortable. Meanwhile others in the home complain about it being cold while I’m sweating buckets. And of course nosy ass kids ask all the time, “why are you sweating?”

I prefer it in the colder months as well. If I get too hot I can put a fan in a window and feel better. When it's hot out it's like there is no escape, and the AC just makes one side of my body cold and one side sweat lol

You know how much I hate looking at a quote of mine or even a post that has a misspelling in it?????

Only my wife knows I’m on it so she doesn’t question it but those damn kids...

Tell those dream killers to mind their fuckin business lol

I've been really busy, but I just wanted to say T/D on the liquid DNP on Monday. I'm in the north east, so I think there are unusual delays in our mail. Shredded gave me a replacement on the full order of caps. Good man

Been on the liquid for the past week. The taste sucks, but you get used to it. Started with 200mg/day the first week and upped to around 250/day this second and final week. Weight loss was negligible at only 1 pound this past week. I hope that the increase this week yields more. I definitely feel a bit warmer on the regular and a lot warmer after a carby meal.

The first time i ran it i held on to 5 pounds of water. It happened entering my second week. Just a heads up dude it could have been more than 1 pound.

The second time i ran it, didnt happen.

Thanks for the info. Will follow up next week. I also plan to take 2 weeks off and then start again, but this time start at 250mg/ day and keep it that way barring anything crazy. Had no experience with the liquid and didn’t know if it was dosed accurately, which is why I started at 200mg day.
